He was a guildie who I had known for a while. In guild he asked if someone could loan an armor enchant to solo a dungeon, so I loaned him mine. He left guild and put me on ignore.
When someone PMed him later about it, he responded, "if I return the enchant, everyone knows me, if I don't return it, everyone knows me and i have a nice enchant."
I'm level 61 now, and am I still depending on gear drops, or can I buy gear from somewhere? I'm such a noob at this lol sorry guys. I reached the mil mark in damage, and I do like the control effects of freezing in place, but I still feel like my CW could be better, where would the enchantments be that benefit CW most? Are they dropped or something to buy, same as with artifacts? I feel like she can do more, but since I'm still getting used to my loadout after I respeced, feels like i'm missing something lol.

he loaned it to a guildie and the guildie robbed him of it.
You can read about it on the other forum we are not allowed to talk about..
or post a link to.. or even generally acknowledge it exists.

question to the @thefabricant. based on your act logs in your guide my question is : wizards using focus wizardry what will understand from act logs with aoe powers? conduit steal time icy terrain opressive force? ACT logs from single target encounters? vs boss? SO a cw with focus wizardry what need to do deal high damage vs boss? WHAT IS THE best rotation to just hit 1 target( orcus for example) MY Question is for both paragons and dps build.
1)Does Combustive Action really boost all sources of damage (not only Fire and Smolder like it says on the tooltip)? Including the damage of my allies? Your guide said so and since i'm into a supportive build i decided to ask.
2)Like i said on the question above i'm into a supportive build, which i kinda regret because i should have started DPS and after becoming BIS then i should respec to Buff/Debuff, but since i started Support me thinks respeccing to DPS until i achieve BIS is better to farm stuff.
Without further ado my second question is: For a Spellstorm Renegade, what artifact set is better?
a)3 pieces of Lostmauth b)3 pieces of Orcus c)3 pieces of Valindra d)Combination of Valindra's Belt with any Necklace and any Artifact that gives useful stats (like Power, Crit, ArPen, CAdv, etc)
-I don't know which Complete Set Ability is better, Lostmauth or Orcus, but both have useless stats (Str/Dex or Str/Con); -Valindra has the best stats (Int/Cha), but i don't care for Control Bonus anymore as i did for so long; -So i don't know if i go totally Lostmauth (or Orcus) for the useful Set Bonus, or if i go totally Valindra for the stats and for the useless Set Bonus, or if i go for a combination of those things abdicating the Set Bonus.
I really do not understand why people will request answers from someone in a forum post dedicated to a Guide that was written by the person they are asking the question......AND NOT READ THE GUIDE. Maybe I am just old fashioned, and believe that questions should come AFTER a thorough read, as a show of respect for the person that went to the trouble of sharing knowledge gained obviously through a lot of work. Yes I am venting, and no, not at a particular person, as this is seen all over the forums.

Sorry, but i read the guide.
I just wanted to know how he came to the conclusion that Combustive Action affects other kinds of damage besides Fire and Smolder, what tests he conducted and with what classes or companions or powers to say this Class Feature boosts all damage?
I'm not a very scientific player (i test somethings on the Preview Server, but not with the same criteria and effort as The Fabricant), so i wanted to know how he achieved that knowledge. He has a graphic showing the benefits from Combustive Action with DPS from a lot of different sources, but i don't know what other Class Features and Boons and Allies (and whatever else) were "interfering" on the results.
I say the same for my artifact questions. I wanted to know why he thinks a mix of Belt (Valindra)/Necklace (Lostmauth) is better than a full set like Lostmauth or Orcus. I wanted to know at what point stats (like Int and Cha from Valindra's Belt) become more important than a set bonus that gives you 20% damage boost (depending on your HP bar versus Monster's HP) or a set bonus that gives you a Weapon Hit for each Critical.
As many of you know, @thefabricant was victim of another player stealing his transcendental elven enchantment that he had loaned so that the former guild member could run tests.
I implore all of you who Fab may have helped in the past to join me in helping to get him back on the right track on replacing that transcendental enchantment.
I have started a thread at the link below, please visit it and pledge your support along with your @username-, the AD or AD equivalent item trade value you can contribute.

1) Combustive action really does boost all damage sources including party members. I tested it in a party with 2 people. I firstly unslotted all debuffs with the exception of combustive action. I made sure the GWF I was in a party with also had nothing that would increase effectiveness. I then cast furious immolation on a target and had them attack it. What I observed on ACT is that the party members effectiveness was increased by 24%.
2) If you want a complete set, I would recommend Valindra. However, I personally do not use a complete set, I use the lostmauth/valindra neck (they have the same stats), the Valindra belt and then an artifact with good stats on it. I don't consider the set bonus better than good stats on the artifact.

I personally decided to stick with the Valindra artifact when the nerf came, mostly because Power obviously, and I like the Life Steal from it for now. The control bonus for trash is still okay. I have r9 savages right now so my LS just hits 20% with my bondings. I assume that in the future, I may want to swap out the Valindra's arti for something else. It's not awful to use the Valindra set - but if you want to really BiS I'm sure there are much better artifacts to use.
The big thing I'm looking for is with the CA companions change/nerf. Does this mean we should move away from them toward Archons, or something else? My CA score is 1600 right now and I'm using blink dog and intellect devourer; maybe I will want to drop it to 1000 and look for something else to increase? I dunno yet, I hate trying to test, figure out how good/bad CA is. I'll probably have to wait for when @thefabricant gets his results to know what to do.

Added a section on calculating abilities tooltips, this section will be expanded on later, but eventually the entire CW class will be nothing but a set of numbers on a spreadsheet.
Here is a screenshot of the table in the tooltips section:
Hey @thefabricant, I've been following your guide for a while now and had a lot of success. I think a few months back you had replied to one of my questions about MOF vs SS, stating that MOF was only viable after a certain Ilvl. With the next double refinement I should be nearing 3.4k, or higher, if I'm lucky. Right now I'm about 20ilvl short of 3k. Would now be a time that I could adapt an MOF thaum / oppressor build that could beat my SS thaum / oppressor ?
With bonding stones ( only two r10's and an r9 ), I'm at about 45-50k power, 25k crit, and 8k armor pen ( guild boon puts me way over cap ).
I see a lot of talk on the forums about debuffing, and reaching 300%+ effectiveness. Would that beat an evenly geared SS in personal dmg ?

You would not beat an SS Thaum in personal damage, but you would certainly beat them in team utility and yes, you are definitely at the point where you can swap.
I noticed you don't have the Earth Archon on the companion list. I find with lifesteal and constant mount healing that I'm at 100% health most of the time.
Removed reference to CA pets, in preparation for next mod.
O.o does this mean you're planning on re-writing how to use them, or that CA pets are no longer going to be "suggested"? Sorry, can't help the curiousity.

The CA calculation is being reworked in Mod10, CA pets are getting a significant reduction in effectiveness.
Before, pets individually multiplied onto the CA damage (so Blink dog gave you *1.05). If you also had other pets, each multiplied independently onto the calculation.
Now, all pet bonuses just add to the bonus pool (which also includes your attribute and stat-related CA bonuses). The overall effect is a drastic reduction in CA pet effectiveness. So much so that Sharp may consider them strictly inferior to other pets.
