I have a question according to scrying stone : can you get to the stone in Rib cage ? I spent 2 hours jumping from platform to platform, but from 2nd to 3rd I was unable jump. I always fall down, so I am curious, if I just don't know how to jump, or is this somehow bugged ? Thanks for answering.
Mean you this one:
If not i don't know what you mean(don't spoiler the stones then). If it is: I do it with my GF.

Dispel Magic Quest: There are too few Red Wizard Illusionists in the Underwing for the number of players allowed on each instance.
Phantasmal Fortress: Allow players to skip the cutscene when entering the portal which shows the overland map + thay. After x number of runs of this dungeon, it does get a bit annoying to have to watch it every single time.
This is just getting to complex on so many levels. Sad, I was really enjoying Neverwinter, but this is just too much to go through to advance a character and compete in a social mmo. It's too bad, you really had a good thing going. The gameplay and graphics are the best out there, by far really. The first person shooter set up as opposed to the mouse icon click for spells is so much better than other mmo's, genius actually, it's what sets you apart. But the advancement system for acquiring and upgrading gear... ugh, ponderous, cumbersome, just dreadful, and now with the change in refining gems, what a nightmare. The dread ring is a great new world, so fun, I'm so bummed, there is so much that is awesome about Neverwinter. I just hope some positive changes could be made. Monthly fees even, just stream line this thing some how. My guild is gone, everyone left and quit playing with this last gem refining update. For myself I just want to escape and enjoy the experience of a fantasy mmo, not feel like I'm taking a college course in accounting or have to pour hundreds of dollars in a game just to compete.

I do understand your frustration, as the new refinement system is different than the old one--which takes getting used to--and also the required items to advance are not yet available in abundance--which will change IMHO.
Therefore I would recommend, that you ignore the enchantments for the time being and continue having fun. The required items will be available in higher number and therefore the price will drop, eventually.

Feedback: Rewards Trickster Rogue Dread Legion set bonus Shadowy Illusions seems extremely weak due to both low proc chance and due to the damage/stealth gain being negligible. I have skilled Dazzling Blades (5% proc chance when using at wills) and was testing the new Set using Sly Flourish and Cloud of Steel, noticing that the proc chance for Shadoy Illusions was less than half of Dazzling Blades. The proc chance thus was likely around the 2% mark. Similarly, the damage then dealt to the enemy was NOT modified by armor penetration and was ticking 10x 26 damage, which at level 60 is less than nothing. Lastly, I was watching my stealth meter whilst not being attacked and having Shadowy Illusions debuff on 1 enemy (couldn't get it to proc more than that!) and the rate at which my stealth regenerated was almost unchanged from the base rate. I literally couldn't see any noticeable increase.
To make this set bonus comparable to the utility that Swashbuckling Captain or Fomorian Fabled sets provide, the poc chance would need to be higher (around 30% given that Swashbuckling Captain has usually a 100% uptime and Fomorian Fabled is a guaranteed poisoning more or less as well every 30 seconds). Similarly, the damage would need to be increased as these tiny damage ticks really are not worthwhile at all at level 60. It may be an idea to remove that damage portion entirely and instead only grant Stealth, but at say 50% higher rate that it does currently (i.e. +50% of the current not noticeable rate), which combined with the higher proc chance would actually become noticeable if attacking multiple targets to maximize the gain. Alternatively, raise the proc chance to around 10-15% only but significantly increase stealth gain to better cater for a single target build.
Dread Legion Devoted Cleric set when compared to The Fomorian Fabled or Miracle Healer (the gold standard sets for DC if you will) is also unfortunately not attractive at all. Firstly, I can understand that it is heavy on Life Steal (even though that is fairly useles on a DC) as that is the theme of Dread Legion, yet it is also extremely high on Critical while granting no Recovery or Deflect/Regeneration which would be more useful for a DC. If the set itself could have Recovery instead of Critical or a 50-50 split, that would make it more attractive.
Furthermore, the set bonus proc area is a bit too small. The size is roughly that or smaller of Sunburst, which means it tends to really only apply to players that are right next to the Cleric. Given that the stats are already unfavorable for the Cleric, making the set bonus radius a bit larger (say 8 extra feet at least) would give Clerics a bit more incentive to obtain the Valindra's Tower key and work towards obtaining this set.
Feedback: Rewards For players who want to get the boons but do not always have time to do daily quests or do not do the quests for some reason, the Thayan Relic Trader should also trade Thayan Cipher. Like the Illefarn Relic Collector in the Sharandar who trade Feywild Spark so players have an alternative to acquire Feywild Spark through that way.

If you don't *always* have time, then you get them slower but you get them eventually.
There are Thayan relics in the lockboxes that work exactly like the Illefarn ones, as far as I know.
I just hate the fact I need to pay the AD, daily, which I want to use for more expansive things, like eveything nowadays, which I earn with boring Dailies and ridicule long queues in Epic Dungeons.
BUG:Arcane Coffer:Rewards When opening the Arcane Coffer at the end of the "daily" dungeons in the Dread Ring, the loot displayed in the coffer vanishes when you click the "claim All" button. Today, for the Adamantine Gauntlet I was shown that I was getting a Mark of Potency. When I searched my bags for the Mark, it was nowhere to be found. I have had this occur on both the Mithril Gauntlet and Adamantine on 2 different characters with various levels of reward. I will say, that I have never had a rank 3 or lower enchantment go missing. It so far has only seemed to affect Peridots and higher rewards.
Suggestion: Add a discreet "adjustable difficulty" object to Lair-type dungeons, allowing players to increase the challenge level and improve drop rates.
I can understand not wanting to set the default difficulty too high so that the content remains accessible to the most casual and least geared players (not that it matters since people seem to like to zerg solo dungeons, anyway), but they would be more fun and more rewarding with a little extra oomph. A difficulty slider might also make them more enjoyable for players who run them in groups (again, with improved drops commensurate with the difficulty increase).

On Fridays you don't get additional Vanguard Scrip from the Lair of the Day.
