It's more like buying a car, finding the brakes don't work properly when going over 70MpH and instead of taking it back to whoever you brought it from, you go racing and crash at 80MpH and attempt to sue the manufacturer.
You knew that the brakes didn't work properly when going over 70MpH and rather than contacting the store or the manufacturer you went and purposely put yourself into a situation where the brakes would fail.
The manufacturer is to blame for the faulty brakes, but you're hardly blameless for the crash as you knew the brakes were faulty.
as i said some idiot will always find the defect but it still comes down to manufacturers defect.
I tried to read majority of posts here and i failed ofcourse. Frankly i am not that much irritated with all this AD thing because items cant give u skill, and while i do more dmgdone with 8900 GS then ppl with 11 k GS i have no complaints, especially because i didnt buy any item on AH till now.
However there is simple sollution for all this problems with ingame economy. All they need to do is to made all items which are bought from vendors for AD BoP (bind on pickup). If u buy something for AD u buy it for urself and not for resellin. Also they should make all best endgame item drops BoP. Building game economy on equpment and not on farming resourcies is just naive. We seen that in Diablo 3 allready.

266 pages of nothing, following hours of keep waiting, we might just tell you something keep checking every hour or so hoping they got this fixed.
The Astral Diamond Exchange and the Auction House have been temporarily taken offline to resolve a high priority bug.
At this time we are still investigating the details regarding the issue and will post more information as the situation progresses.
As the issue involves in-game currency, we understand that there may be questions regarding the follow up actions needed to ensure that the economy remains fair and balanced. At this time we are still in the process of collecting the data, but plan to share details regarding follow up actions once the investigation concludes. There is a high likelihood that we will be performing character-specific rollbacks on any accounts that were found to be utilizing the exploit. Additionally, we are investigating the extent of what can additional steps can be taken to remove any illegitimately obtained Astral Diamonds that have entered into the economy. We are also investigating the possibility of a shard-wide rollback.

no he doesn't I don't envy him one bit watching the twitter posts and someone actually told him to get off twitter and do his job....ummmm hello he is doing his job. he is doing a good job trying to keep this thread updated answering twitter and keeping facebook updated. Twitter is the faster update measure though which is y it is mostly there.

How you guys don't hate all of us is purely amazing. I'm a Disabled Combat Veteran and former JSOC operator having flown all over the world to fight scumbags of incredible proportion and yet I believe it's you guys (game developers and support techs) who have seen the worst humanity has to offer.
Some of us love ya and are just as amazed to see how wild and emotional some of the complainers rants can become as you are..
