All CHARACTERS that start with "B" are done too, about 14% of the way through Xbox now. We have some more people working on the other shards. You should start seeing parcel replacements on Dragon now. PS4 hasn't started yet.

Few quick questions:
Do you have to do this all "by hand" (script that sends them out 1 character at a time?) essentially sending out items 1 by 1, or are you doing it slowly for other reasons?
Related to question 1, everyone seems to be complaining about MAJOR server lag today, is this related to the replacements gifts being sent out?
I would guess that they are running something akin to SQL on the database, and pulling lists of people and how many parcels they opened. Doing it all at once would be a huge drag on the system, as would sending all those items.
We have several people working on the various shards now, so it's not going to be alphabetical anymore. If I were to guess, I'd say we're about 2/3 through Xbox, Dragon is maybe 15%, and PS4 and Russia aren't started yet.
Considering it was just a matter of the rare item missing you guys are really going above and beyond here. great spirit of christmas. thanks for the extra work!
Too many to count with both hands and feet XD. Seriously though, there might be around 300 - 600 on Xbox alone, not counting ones with altered versions

Soooooo I have 11 toons. 10 of the 11 got their star light parcels. The one toon that didn't get any is the one that spent actual zen to buy the parcels. so please tell me i'll be getting the parcels on here becoz I have a bad feeling about this.
I think the devs should get a big thumbs up for this they could of been like oh well sorry but they went out of their way to correct this and I think that speaks loudly that they care about the players.

They cant just say sorry,we have spent alotta money on this game my self alone,i have put about $200 into this game.
