Checked tonight, I had extra points added and was able to get my remaining items.
For those who aren't feeling fixed yet: What is the common thread? Are you all PC? What did ytou order through? Check your Redemption History, and copy them here (with any personal info removed).
I did not get an email, and I did not get any extra points. I spent $200 and I am on PC.
I too am on PC, did not submit a ticket, and have not received any email or points to bring me up to line with what was promised. Typical of Cryptic, to only fix those that actually complain, and leave the rest to wonder and suffer - time to move on, the tiger has not changed its stripes.
Might is not always right - the powerful sometimes forget that.
I received 3 e-mails at first, another one 1 hour later and another one after my last comment here, but no points to make up for the miscommunication yet. I don't know why I got so many e-mails though

I think you have to have submitted a ticket for them to do anything for you. So, off I go to do that.
I did not send an e-mail. I did not write in this thread. Or submit a ticket. However they did fix it for me and i got surprised with an e-mail this morning, telling me i can redeem the title and the warlock.
For that i would like to say : Thank you! It is much appreciated !

I didn't submit a ticket, I think, yet I got my missing points. For those who are still missing theirs, I strongly suggest you submit a ticket right now, as this should (maybe) get you your points in time to redeem them, before the redemption timer drops to 0:0:0:0
Edit: assuming your bought zen during the promotion period, and not before it was activated.
I think you have to have submitted a ticket for them to do anything for you. So, off I go to do that.
I submitted a ticket but yet got nothing. In fact, they said:
Hello,
Thanks so much for your patience while we investigated a solution to this matter. We're happy to report that we have finished our investigation and that we have credited all accounts with any missing currency and/or charge bonus points. If you were eligible for the credit, then you should have received your credit along with an email explaining the resolution in more detail.
So yea. Apparently I'm just out of luck? Same seems to go for any who didn't get points. Since ALL the accounts were credited (ha, sure they were, apparently we're just morons that can't figure out if we get our points when we were told we would and in my case even bought through Arc).

I got points but not as much points as I should have gotten. A ticket have been submitted but I guess more people have problems with this than just me...
I did not submit a ticket, but got the email + extra points. Meanwhile though I still cannot spend the points I have. I have roughly 2000+ now, I have already claimed the warlock companion, but when I click to redeem the title it errors out on me. So I guess I will be submitting a ticket.

I have a different issue than many others. My problem is that I bought just enough Zen to cover the warlock, but the order got a "Pending" status for quite a while, until the deadline expired. I did get my Zen the day after, but no points. I submitted a ticket complaining that this delay was not my fault, but it seems I don't "qualify" for the points.
I didn't submit a ticket or post about it but got extra points. Had the owlbear, got points enough to cover title and warlock but not horse. It's not an issue for me as I was aware of the changed offer details well before purchasing Zen

Ah, you have two issues then - must have bought during the last couple of hours when the account server died? I would suggest putting in a ticket with those details, because you didn't get ANY points at all, and not your fault. Geesh - I can already predict that one will be hard to get CS to understand.

I have not bothered to check whether the title was account bound or not, but I also could not reclaim it more than once. You can however, reclaim the other items multiple times. If you have 2000, I think that means you can reclaim the warlock again.
One thought regarding those who haven't received stuff. Are you sure you spent your money before they changed the advertising description? That might be a variable. If you charged post-description change. I got my extra points no ticket sent, but I had charged before the description change. It may not necessarily count for any purchases during the promotion period, just those who charged while the advertisement was still incorrect? Just a thought.

Titles that you unlock out-of-game are account-wide, so there's no point to claiming the same one multiple times. I didn't get it here because I already had it from elsewhere, but it's one of those where you get a notification on logging in each character (or in the giant wall of spam when you start a new one).

I have no HAMSTER clue when they changed it. I bought based on getting all the items below the level you buy. Why would I go back and check to see if they stealth edited the goddamn post before buying. HAMSTER moronic. I would guess they say I charged too late but how the hell would I know. They didn't say it's only people who bought before X time. All I know is I want my points, this is total HAMSTER that I wouldn't get more when I read the same news post and paid an amount that should let me get the owlbear and all the items under it.

I'm going to be honest here, but please don't take this as an attack, but purely honest goodwilled advice ( I am just trying to help)...but did you write your ticket to customer service like that? I understand you being pissed, truly, I do, but based on this post, that is one other possibility I have to consider. If I were a customer rep, and I saw a ticket worded like this forum post, I would respond to it sure, but I wouldn't do more than what you received, which was the basic information. If you want genuine help, you usually do get it, but you have to be cordial and friendly. Best wishes.

What you could do is write back customer service, in a friendly manner, and explain that if you did not get credited because you were outside the window, that you bought the zen under the false understanding of what you had read earlier. If your charge was close enough, I could see a refund. But be friendly. Threatening chargebacks really gets you nowhere except to antagonize them. It's bad for them and you (If you live in the U.S. and have a credit rating).

No my ticket and my most recent response were much nicer. But it gets old fast when they say HAMSTER like all eligible accounts have been credited, which by the thread, obviously isn't true at all. They still never released a statement on if they were honoring it or if they were saying screw it let the users complain and deal with it. Then when the "fix" come its poorly done as well. No announcement or anything just..... oh if you were eligible you got it (while not mentioning anything about what made you eligible).
Well, I hope you get your issue fixed. Just throwing out ideas. They are obviously looking at something to determine which accounts get credited. What that is, though, I don't know.

This just in, I'm a dumbass >_> The reason I couldn't claim the title was because I already had the title haha. I looked at all my titles (good god I have a ton of them) after I read Becky's post about already having the title. In other news I was able to claim another companion with the 2000pts I had left.
@nitocris83 Can you please update all of us? It seems some people have had this resolved while I, and others, haven't. Please just let us know what is going on, and what (if anything) we need to do. We haven't heard from you in about a week, and this process would be a lot smoother if someone was communicating with us.
In my case I would already be happy with them cancelling my stupid claim on the useless green mount for 20k so I could get the other less useless things. Who the hell would claim that green mount if they only had 22k points and understood that's all they would get? Just the clueless morons like me.
I opened a ticket and a GM said I got all the points I was supposed to. I replied with a screenshot of the original promotion I was announced and a link to this discussion. Let's see what he replies next.
After claiming the Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 rewards I have 10,000 points left over. I at least wish I had something I could spend those points on (I started with 28,000).

This apparently works now. It didn't if you spent points prior to compensation adjustments.
