Running a Workshop Quest Stuck

Insignia Powder and Lairs
We're all familiar with the Dread Ring Lair farm. We grind currency for Lair keys, and during x2 Refining Stones events, we farm the Lairs for a chance at Enchanting Stone rank 5. It's a straightforward system that has endured since it was introduced. It is a simple system that works.
I'd like to suggest extending this system, since it works well, why not utilise it further? The current gripe is the Insignia Powder grind required for Mount Collars and Mythic Insignia. I doubt there will be a x2 Insignia event, but there could be a x2 Insignia Powder event (Insignia converted yields double the powder). To support this event, attach a chest to any set of existing Lairs within the game (for instance the New Sharandar Hag's Lairs), where the end chest holds the chance to drop an epic insignia on X-Y-Z days (just like Dread Ring).
I understand this is not a new or innovative idea, and is just an extension of an existing system, but it's one that works and could work nicely again if implemented correctly.

I got a 100% off character loadout Zen coupon for a free load-out, today on my leveling-up Bard.Sigh! Left hand does not know what right hand did.
I got it from the Neverember's Recruit Reward coffin.
We cannot reclaim the free loadout anymore because load-out are removed from the Zen store now.

Tutorial NPC (Jarrod Glint) Issue
We are aware of the issue where players working through the tutorial are unable to proceed due to the relocation of the the NPC Jarrod Glint. We are currently testing a fix and our goal is to get the build out some time today. Please not this schedule is subject to change pending fix and build approval.

"Most item is not all" like unique companions store events(champions of the hall), r15 enchantment packs, keys pack(unique companion from mod 21) to open lockboxes unique mounts, zen store unique mounts events, mount collar packs event in zen store, account wide mount packs, mythic insignia packs, these item make more ad to cash players through ah than the zen to ad exchange does, unique(fomo) items in zen store is what makes money for the company, and recently adding unique items(fomo) items in wondorous bazaar are steps towards players remove ad from the exchange...

But to your point, I agree with your general assessment. I have a hard time believing that many players are regularly converting Zen to AD. The current Zen to AD exchange rate is kind of low, compared to the overall AD marketplace, and RAD is sooooo easy to come by in game now, especially with the added bonuses awarded during the process of leveling up a new character in M21 (like 400k RAD per toon, just by finishing zones).
