Unannounced changes what permanent device pets I own: 1. Revenant of Firefight - removed its Fiery Form passive 2. Reprogrammed Prospector, Dr. Destroyer's Head, Psionic Echoes - no longer respawns when killed 3. Ragged Proletariat's Armband - now a toggle - now follows the player outside of combat and no longer attacks…
3 permanent pet devices are mentioned on the PTS Notes as being changed to toggles but more than that was done. Here are some unannounced changes: 1. All but 2 that were summon-on-activation are now toggles with a duration of 5 min and cannot stack with one another. 1 that wasn't is Manifest Mind Worms because of its short…
Still observing quietly but I have a concern for those who still play. Changing Inertial Dampening Field to a Passive would prevent it from being paired with an existing Aura Passive. It's really only helpful for weak hits or if you already have high defense so why would anyone pick it over Aura of Radiant Protection? This…
It's likely their plan to make most device pets into toggles with a shared limit as was started with the Q-Store ones. However, I recently shared info about unique things the UNTIL Rec Vendor pets could do on a Discord the devs are in so that may have sped this nerf along. Reducing uses from 3 to 1 was beyond my…
That was no issue, that was a blessing! :/ That is a bug with all costume vendors, started on last week's update. Every few seconds, the next costume from the top on the open tab will show as being unlocked and will stay like that till you reload the map.
I've never seen a healer who was an "Iniquity one trick" as you say. How often they use it compared to other moves is no more than how much a melee uses their single-target attack. Dependency, Healing Rune, Resurrection, and a Shield to safely use said Resurrection are staples, and often used are Bionic Shielding,…
It did. Also, went on PTS to double check. After purchasing 1 costume from the "Unique" section of the UNTIL Recognition Vendor, all remaining costumes in that section greyed out one after another for both the account I used to purchase the first piece and the alt account I had with me. Went to the "Open World" tab and…
> @pantagruel01 said: > It's an alert, so everything in it is Tough and ignores stealth. ^ This. "Tough" is shown next to the enemy's rank under their health bar.
Honestly forgot about Forum Malvanum at the time of writing this. Yes, sorta that but with more frequent Supervillains, no definitive "end", accessible at any time instead of a limited-time alert, and enemies scale up in difficulty with each round, don't think the ones there become any stronger aside from what type of…
The Serial Missions from Ladyhawke and Dr. Ka are new and are harder than most normal story content but easier than endgame content. If you need help with them then don't be afraid to ask a friend or in Zone Chat.
The forum is operated by the company, the devs have to be more careful with what they say here and how they say it as it will reflect the company as a whole. What's said here must be official. Anyway, that particular dev left the unofficial Discord over a month ago. More on-topic, would be nice if announcements on the main…
The threat of having pets nerfed further or completely removed... I'd like to discuss pet capabilities and performance more openly but that prevents me from doing so.
Prioritization of buffing/fixing what underperforms over nerfing what performs well, as well as finishing existing incomplete stories and content over introducing new ones and content revamps. And no, I haven't done all there is to do. I don't find enjoyment in hours of repetitive grinding with little to show for it, and…
You sure he's healing from a Rune and Illumination? Don't see a Rune or Mend status on him, though functioning uniquely is possible. Someone in-game said that his Skarn's Bane is what's healing him, I see it for a momentin that gif. Has a full group tried blocking that?
In addition to the 100k score requirement, there's a bug where some people who meet it still don't get mission credit and the score board itself is bugging out in multiple ways.
Don't think they'll get to revamps till the Serial Missions, which were supposed to be finished last year, are done. COVID probably isn't going anywhere with its predicted yearly mutations so give them till the end of 2022. ;)
"[19:11] Bleak Ritualist deals 32320 (79959) Magic Damage to you with Hex of Suffering." ...I don't think that's fixed yet. Edit: Tried a few more times and it's the initial hit of that move that keeps one-shotting me. Elemental Sorcerer's Lightning Storm is dealing its increased HP damage to my pets even though they don't…
^ To add to that list, Project Awakening, Stronghold, and Viper Nest (Monster Island). Most of the lairs can be soloed at Lv 40, obviously with higher level lairs being more difficult, but the revamps to Andrith Ruins, Dr. Destroyer's Factory, and Therakiel's Temple have me scared that won't always be the case.
I knew about the UNTIL basement mission, there were even more missions leading up to Lemurian Invasion? Could those be put back since the Serial Missions and other new Lemurian-related content are taking so long to come out?
Bleak Ritualist, a Master Villain at the end of "Break the Walls Down" and in the upcoming revamp for the "War on Peace" OM, has its Hex of Suffering work the same way with it applying a stack of Hexed per tick. Would rather not have this become a regular thing.
It isn't nearly as bad as Raptor Rush and Water Hazards. Doesn't take an eternity and you can actually find the reward circle. Just had no notable rewards like most other OMs and is out of the way of anything else. There's a mission to talk to Krax though it doesn't require doing the OM itself. Same level tier as the other…
For the OM: - Missing Team Up - Bugged reward: [Lemurian] Callout - Too many mobs to deal with while trying to defend Krax the Exile in Phase 2 - Got one-shot by Bleak Ritualist's Hex of Suffering which hit for 7694 (17957). Elemental Sorcerer's Serpentine Fire debuff stacks and its energy-draining Lightning Storm which…
5% now... eh, decent enough. Though not shown on its tooltip, P.A.N.T.H.E.R. also has Rake and it's still the old insignificant value. Not a big deal though since it is more DPS-oriented.
Reported many times over the years. From what I understand, this bug has always been present on most controllable pets and some uncontrollables, along with: - bug that makes pets that can attack while flying just sit there turning their flight off and on (why most pets have been made unable to attack while flying) - bug…
There's an effect on an attack power that heals that little once every 10 sec at the most? The next smallest heal I've seen on a Sidekick is Mend from Illimunation and that is a few times more effective while healing others too. Except for P.A.N.T.H.E.R., the big cats also have the 10% AoE heal, but even with both that and…
I don't see the point in them having shared cooldowns. Having 2 equipped to alternate between would be at the cost of a device that you could use at the same time as a Sidekick. For most builds, they're too slow and stupid to help much with mobs and die quickly at most Cosmics, leaving them useful for only Supervillains,…
BUG: Jaguar Spirit's Rake is supposed to heal it for 15% of its max HP, but the move is only healing for about 150 at Lv 40 with 13,944 max HP. P.A.N.T.H.E.R. also has a move called Rake that heals it for about 150, I assume that's supposed to heal for 15% too.
Yeah, I know, but I don't expect their AI to be improved anytime soon, if ever at all. Making the sidekick ranged is as much as I can hope for, at least it'll usually still be able to attack when it's too stupid to jump over short obstacles... or more often in my case, too stupid to walk around its pet allies.
Was excited to see those 3 new Sidekicks till I tried them on PTS and saw that all of them are primarily melee, which works very poorly with the default movement speed and poor AI of pets. A bit of a waste. At least Muuraay and P.A.N.T.H.E.R. are the first Sidekicks in the game to apply helpful resistance debuffs, with…
Including the Celestial Dragon's Breath device. There goes my excitement for this event, and with it being put in the Gold Voucher tab, my excitement for that item in particular is dead now too.
Who is supposed to give the mission? Neither Ladyhawke nor Dr. Ka in Millennium City have it for me and no notification was given for who does. Completed "A Life in Hiding" on Live long before copying my character over.
Final boss music by Yasunori Mitsuda from the late 90's and early 2000's. Like listening to these during Kigatilik. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0JwsVqlMTow https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cFmBCaicwJ4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=alNS_0bnWcg
Still no return of last year's 5-daily mission for the L1L-D0GG13 Sidekick. :/ The currency was hidden, not deleted. Found that out when a mistake was made during the last Anniversary Event, had the previous year's currency for the event vendor's Hideout Week.
Many great and innovative ideas. Only thing I don't like is something as situational as Cosmic DoT immunity being a 3p advantage. Unfortunately, the devs won't make builds capable of a high number of pets more viable, not that these ideas are for that specifically. Framerate drops, rubberbanding, enemies turning invisible,…
That is simply what I put them up for, you can try to sell them for a profit if you want. Though if you can't and making others happy isn't worth a few minutes of your time, then go ahead and drop them. Just know that the option to do something useful with them is there.
I've sold nearly a hundred over the past few days, though I did put them up for 10 L each. May seem like no one wants them but clearly, there are people who do. Probably won't go towards the end of the event though.
