    For the OM:
    - Missing Team Up
    - Bugged reward: [Lemurian] Callout
    - Too many mobs to deal with while trying to defend Krax the Exile in Phase 2
    - Got one-shot by Bleak Ritualist's Hex of Suffering which hit for 7694 (17957). Elemental Sorcerer's Serpentine Fire debuff stacks and its energy-draining Lightning Storm which also seemed to stack was hard to counter since it also knocks.

A bit too difficult and certainly not solo-able for most.

They love their debuffs lately, first Talisman, now this. I not mind hard content, but this is what the difficulty level is for in instances, stop pushing elite stuff in regular things or story instances. Make it optional, all I ask for.

To be fair, War on Peace is a really bad OM (the worst OMs in the game are probably Raptor Rush, Water Hazards, and War on Peace), so it's not much of a loss.

Who on their right mind would travel there anyway?
On the Edge of the map, where it's filled with a lot of NOTHING and an ankward unused map area?
This is not an Open Mission you should force Elite-levels

I hate that the Reptillian Head will be locked behind THIS

Tried it solo (nothing in above notes even hints that it should be group content) and the mobs swarmed Krax in about 5 seconds. Back to the drawing board. We need more fun, engaging soloable content, not more group content.

It isn't nearly as bad as Raptor Rush and Water Hazards. Doesn't take an eternity and you can actually find the reward circle. Just had no notable rewards like most other OMs and is out of the way of anything else.

There's a mission to talk to Krax though it doesn't require doing the OM itself. Same level tier as the other stuff downtown.

oof, Reptilian Head is an OM reward. Well, this will be an insufferable grind... It's like DRA all over again.

Very sad to see some great costume pieces are only going to be rare drops from an OM. If this OM requires anything more than a small team of people, I don't see it getting done regularly at all.

On top of that, escort style protect missions are terrible design to begin with. Please reconsider the objective of this OM entirely.

Agreed, the mission was also interesting in layout, and story-wise was a rather cool build-up for the relative Alert.

The War on Peace part of the map used to have also some missions, but they got wiped out some years ago... they made you do some things with the eggs laying around and other stuff... on the edge of the map outside of the OM.

Right now the OM is bland, but it has a tiny bit of strategic options and can be soloed... I sometimes run it solo for sport and story reasons, same as the prison break mission.
It seems the hard remake as a group content is pointless.

Please, Make this OM SOLO-Friendly, like Ascii and Reign of Frogs
I AM NOT asking for it to be easy like it is like now, some Solo-difficultychallenge would be nice
but It's really lame OM to require teamwork

This feels like another "Why even bother" of making old forgoten content harder only for people to not bother with it... Example: DESTROYER'S FACTORY
when the game still requires more important things to be updated... Like powerframe who need revamps because they are stuck on the PRE-ALERT age

I knew about the UNTIL basement mission, there were even more missions leading up to Lemurian Invasion? Could those be put back since the Serial Missions and other new Lemurian-related content are taking so long to come out?

I have to agree with the others. These kinds of open missions are for leveling and people with crap gear, not minmaxed endgame teams, and should probably be a bit easier.
(Hopefully) Useful CO Resources: HeroCreator (character planner), Cosmic Timers/Alert Checklist, Blood Moon Map, Anniversary Cat Map, and more (eventually, anyway).

Open missions are supposed to be team content, not repeatable solo content. In practice many of them have been soloable, but that was never working as intended.

I do agree on this, but then the problem is this game was never your average MMORPG, the problem is that this content forces the holy trinity mechanic onto us a lot, that needs tanks and healers then often, which I would not often mind.

Then we also have the issue that support as example not often count to the score and not get rewarded at times still. It needs to scale reasonable to the players participating, and yes it should not be soloed if it is level scaling now, but only to a certain degree.

With bosses and special units you can argue that those should not be soloable, PROBLEM IS it is a for god's sake escort/protection mission no one ever liked in games.

There are so many issues that need to be addressed first before making such change, and not get me started on event open missions breaking already, now imagine that on a content that is supposed to stay all day now with probably very low drop chances on the edge on the map of nowhere.

While we are at that topic, could we think of more teleport possibilities with NPC's or teleport pads, at least around MC? Ladyhawk serial comes to mind about that issue of traveling again.

Also, also, on topic of NPC's can those be buffed like the Open Mission? Same in the Series? I hate when games do that, supposed strong NPC's that drop like flies on every attack. I know we are supposed to be strong and all but why have NPC's at all then, yet in Westside some Civilians beat up the Cobra Lords randomly or the for god's sake Hotdog Vendor, beats on the Mega Destroid with. NPC stats and behavior in general need a rework also.

Huh? I always thought that Open missions were supposed to solable one you were at a high enough level and had decent gear. The reason I like the QWZ dailies is that they can present a decent challenge but can also be soloed. I will be very sad, and have less to do in game, if all the OMs are made into team only content. I wish the devs followed the source material (comic books) better. Sure, there are the Avengers, Justice League, etc. but there is content there that Superman, Captain American and so on can do solo.

I'm fine with the OM being a group effort, but I'm more concerned that requiring too many people will conflict with DRA and cosmics. It's hard enough to even get DRA going sometimes, let alone a whole new OM.

I think the best case scenario is that this reaches about the same level as Ascii or Reign of Frogs. If it requires anything more than that, it just won't get enough people doing it regularly.

In any case, I'd almost rather see the reptilian head put in an exclusive pack than as a super rare drop from an OM that might not be done often. At least you could buy it reasonably on the AH that way.

That said, I do like the idea of revamping OMs to be more fun and engaging. Just try not to overdo it on endgame focused content.

So much of this here, endgame content focus can be bad and needs to be its own thing separated still but should never be mandatory, it only burns people out or can turn them away too much.

I know, odd comparison, but Guild Wars 2 does Open World content somehow so well in scaling and all, and yes it focused on that more but not means other games with such can not learn of it, make the worlds more lively, prefer it more than to many instanced things or dungeons and lairs.

I love certain Lairs also, not get me wrong, but an option would be nice to have a "story mode" and a "hardcore mode" one. Options are always better than enforcing something. Variety and optional is important and yes you should work for such, but it should not feel like a second job and drop rate should not be like non-existent at all.

I realize the decision for the changes to this OM are probably already finalized with or without this input, but I feel that I have to put my two cents in regardless. I agree with 95% of the others voicing their opinion on this matter, that say it should not go ahead as it is presented on the test server. While team content has it's place, so does soloable material. We need to be able to keep some of our missions as soloable to be able to keep our concepts as actual heroes instead being just of one little soldier in an army. As a comparison, as great as the whole 'Avengers' movie franchise was, they would not have been possible without 'Ironman' paving the way. To which i mean, we need to be able to prove our own heroic deeds in missions such as this before we tackle larger, team/group/cosmic oriented material. I'm not saying, 'Don't make it harder!'. I am saying, 'Don't take away our dwindling solo content.' Unless i am mistaken, Champion's catch phrase is still 'Play the hero you want!' not 'Play with the League of Heroes you want!'

Open missions in theory were meant to be a method of having pickup teams, though they were never super well thought out.

There is a whole game full of solo content. This is a MMO, multiplayer. I'd like the idea that more content requires people to work together.

The biggest problem is getting people to do it. And the main issue (IMHO) is that the best gear in the game is grindable in a (mostly) predictable method. So there is little reason to do ANYTHING else. Stand around MC, do the rampages, and cosmics, and that's it. When is the last time King's Throng, I, Zombie, Flying Dutchman or the other pirate one in Lemuria were done? Cause there is no benefit for doing them. The only rewards that matter are SCR, GCR and as a distant 3rd Q. There are a few "rare" drops but the rate is so low that its not worth it. And its not even well documented what drops where anymore.

Bronze king gear? Vikorin gear? Nemesis gear? All worthless cause there are easier to buy sets with set bonuses not even counting the cosmic sets.

Add to that the FOMO you get when you leave the MC zone, since so many call outs happen in zone chat. You go into VB, MI, or Lemuria and you are isolating yourself, which is the opposite of what should be happening.

Since cosmic gear isn't going away anytime soon, might as well, lean into it. Make the higher level non soloable OMs give out SCR or even GCR. Heck, 1 GCR per day per mission and you would have people lining up to do them. Or have them give out Drifter salvage even. Something that people might want to collect.

Then give the other 3 slot dropped gear (the ones I mentioned above) set bonuses, so that they rank with (or better then) Heroics, and you might find some people trying to farm them. (still probably not give how cheap you can buy heroic set items on the AH, but maybe) The gear you can find should be better then the gear you can buy or mindlessly grind.

Eh, anything that gives currency is either less efficient than other currency sources, or become the new flavor of the month. Unique drops are the best option.

Eh, anything that gives currency is either less efficient than other currency sources, or become the new flavor of the month. Unique drops are the best option.

I prefer always getting some currency drop (SCR, GCR, Winter, or whatever is appropriate to the mission) + a chance for unique drops. With the currency, if the RNG gods have been against me all of the time, eventually, I can buy the rare drop from a vendor. Such as how it is mostly done during Events.

Truth be told, the BEST option is to have a choice of currencies as a reward. E.g. the reward for Nemcon offers either SCR or Q. IMNSHO we need more content with those kinds of choices. It would even be nice to have the option to take a currency instead of trash gear or mod.

The main issue with more endgame group content is the small player population. After cosmic rotation is done you can see people calling out for Nemcon, Andrith, DRA and maybe TA or Eido and it can take forever to get a group of 5 together,

If Superman can have soloable end game content, so should we.

Not getting Silver champion Reg from Open Missions is a waste of time really

Honestly, instead of trying to make OM like this ELITE, you could have designed them more for Solo-approach and use it as Narrative tool for the game's lore, both existing and upcoming!
Not to mention training for endgame and open missions which matter

The only reason I visit this area is during Qliphothic Invansion, Nighthawk event and others, because of good event mob placement there

Visually, it's a lovely area really, shame it gets wasted in this part of the map
