New extreme challenges A new rampage alert. If you complete the alert, you have a random chance to gain a cosmic key. If you open 100 lockboxes, you get a token for the new gears.

It was used right after on alert for FC int primary builds. Sonic device was also considered OP when it was pushed out because it could crit. It was always considered a cheesy pvp power. (cont.) Pretty sure neither of those bubbles is affected by the +healing mods/secondary gears. Pre and support role do work though.

We had some TDs yesterday as well, not anything organised and all, just advertised in zone and PH for 5 mins and people joined. We didn't rule out fotms/aopms, hence 8 people were fotm with different attacks only, but that wasn't the problem. Only thing we ruled out were devices, because many people just weren't pro enough…

That's interesting, I'd like to see that. I really think the Automaton kicks arse in AT pvp because it's a very good tank breaker thanks to ego surge+chest beam.

I don't think so, the unleashed is a great AT thanks to its damage and knock. Also, 1 soldier can take out every AT healer or DPS. Also, you forgot to mention the Automaton, which only needs one ego surged chest beam to kill every AT, or the scourge. The only ATs that kinda suck in pvp usually, are inventors and…

Either go ATs only or ban con ss (everyone must have less than or equal to 6k hp) and stealth (no smoke nade/evasive maneuvers). Palliate+advantage would be okay if it fits a theme.

As always, the same people who are using the most optimized builds in times where we only have a 1/2 challenging alert are complaining so that the game's pve remains easy so they can brag about soloing it. The fact that the two -usual- naysayers referred to PvP shows alot about them, and how "suboptimal" builds they make…

Agreed, then again, stealth becomes a problem, because no offensive passive without stealth can compete against an offensive passive build with smoke nade/EM, unless they have perception gear, which would turn this into a vet-only event.

Hmm I bet it's either the Hero of Dorkness or the xxx-God of Bar-xxx. However the second part is unfortunately half true, since in BASH, ZA and KOTH not dieing helps you get the win...especially in bash, tagging is so stupidly easy.
