Currently it is impossible cause the Cosmic hip 1 & 2 are in the hip layer category. I'm just giving them an idea if it would be possible to add another category called "hip accessory".
I think the Cosmic hip 1 & 2 should have been a full armor skirt around the waist. If they want it to stay like it is I think they should put in a new category called "hip accessory" cause it would look good if it is used together with the new shadows waist cape.
