Yea, seems impractical. Ok, so sticking with Ice Blast w/Hard Frost... If I were to use hard frost, preemptive strike from avenger specs, and then typhoon, would it out DPS icicle spear?

Since we're discussing wind powers, what debuffs/buffs work will with typhoon? I know ice blast w/hard frost debuffs the cold dmg half of typhoon, but what about the crushing dmg half?

null That's good information. can DV go past 0 defense? Like if a target has no defense to penetrate with DV, does it stop there or does it continue to penetrate defense into the negative numbers?

If you see Man of Light's Galaxi, that's an awesome build and is well developed. TBH, MoL makes more sense than MonsterDaddy. His guides are thorough and proven to good. Not to mention them videos he puts out. MoL, when's your next Guide coming out anyways?!

it's hard to see numbers with those images. When I build my toons, with vindicator/guardian I definitely do NOT have such very low crit chance or low severity. um, Tito, you state "Dexterity (Primary) Got this for more DPS from crits and Mastery". Ego tree can push crit Chance up 47% (bad gear) and around 51%ish (with heroic\legion gear) via sixth sense. By raising your secondary super stats high, you can achieve more crit chance than Dex. Just thought I'd let ya know ^.^

Um, to get THE highest crit chance, without emphasizing crit severity, the best way to achieve the highest crit chance is Priamry Ego with 3 points in Sixth Sense.
