all of my toons that run offensive passives have con as a secondary ss. They also have 3 to 4 active defensive's. it is really a challenge to keep the up. hope you can use that.

I have a PA toon and this question racked my brain for many hours. The best setup I was able to find (thanks pulsewave) was INT SS and END/REC secondary SS. Without end and rec you run into problems. it's about the growth and the feel. there is more to might then KB. I really like teaming and KB is painful (for the most part) when teaming. I think I'm just going to change the build setup to bestial (Knock down vs knock back).

yes it does. but it can only proc once ever 12 or 15 seconds. waste of points if you ask me.

ya I tried to do it... Pulsewave said the best was int, w/ end/ rec but I really wanted dex. after a ton of time and patients... I'm running int, w/ end/ rec. The numbers don't lie. But to quote (or paraphrase) "you can do what you want and what you enjoy playing."

I think the reason no one has posted yet is the fact that there are lots of problems. 1. You have two passives. 2. Bountiful Chi w/o Resurgent Reiki is a waste 3. Several of the powers aren?t on live yet so most can't test them. Look at ditching intensity for lock and load w/ two smoking barrels. Pick just one passive…
