Working on an unarmed type, need suggestions

So I decided to work on a mostly unarmed vigilante type similar to Batman's fighting style. After making him, they released some of the new gadget powers look really fun for his concept. But I have never really done an unarmed type hero before. Here is what I threw together.

Here is his new build so far. A few things I'm not sure about though. I still want to test some more on whether I want Dragon's Wrath or Dragon's Claw (so far, claw has more burst but wrath has better damage overall and I already steal enough aggro). Lock n Load with two smokin barrels was suggested, but after reading it again, why would I take an advantage that reduces the cooldown each time I melee but it no longer provides ANY bonus to melee...on a predominately melee character? I think R3 for that would simply be better. Anyway here is the build.

    I think the reason no one has posted yet is the fact that there are lots of problems.
    1. You have two passives.
    2. Bountiful Chi w/o Resurgent Reiki is a waste
    3. Several of the powers aren?t on live yet so most can't test them.

    Look at ditching intensity for lock and load w/ two smoking barrels. Pick just one passive unless you really want a def as well for tanking. Look at getting something to lower your incoming damage like thunderclap, Inexorable Tides, or Crashing Wave Kick w/ Subtlety of the Tides adv.

    Get to the powerhouse and try and see what you like. Happy hunting.

    Whoops. Lightning reflexes was supposed to be masterful dodge, clicked the wrong one.

    Anyway, yeah I tossed in a few of the new powers. Ive been playing around with them a little on pts but they are still in the early stages. I did take reiki over rank 3 on live. The character is 21 now and is slightly different than what I originally came up with. Will end up posting an update as soon as I get to my PC.

    Will definitely consider lock n load though and appreciate the input. One thing Im not sure of is if uppercut is on par with dragons wrath.

    Why STR as SS ? I'd better take CON instead. More than 70 STR is absolutely not worth it,
    and even these points give more damage with 8 Stacks o Focus if you put them in DEX instead.

    Hmm I'll have to try con rather than str.

    And I certainly hope people werent posting because of problems with the build, thats the whole point of posting. I want everybody to pick at it, find the problems and give suggestions so I can tweak it. Especially since Im terrible with math for stats etc.
