I finally got support to tell me where some of the hidden files are. It only took 30 attempts over the last month and some times where they even denied the existence of those files.

So the Arc install was corrupted in some way, and failed to add itself to the add/remove program list. and failed to install the uninstall shield. That's what I did. The entire Arc folder is gone. When I try to reinstall, it only lets me repair or remove (because it's clearly detecting files embedded in Windows somewhere). I'm not on Steam so I don't think I have a choice. : ( Downloading and playing CO required me before to use Arc. Unless I am wrong, I don't think they allow direct installation anymore.

I followed support's instructions for a force verify. Now trying to load the game leads to a fatal graphics error. yay... And it didn't fix any of the issues regarding missing uninstall access.

I got instructions from support on how to do a force verify. (Deleting localdata folder first and then selecting Force Verify). This will take some time, so I may not do it today.

That is just fascinating. I've seen MS programs have issues with setting files that way by accidentally making two, but making two separate installs, wow. I found the files. Sure, though I won't deny it could be something wrong on my end. I've had so many issues with bugs in this game, I've been debating figuring out how to do an uninstall/reinstall. Of course, there is the fact that the game auto-assigned the name for that character. I'm still rather annoyed about that.

Nope. Just normal drops. It was a good thought - I had to learn about that from higher level items I got from drops (somehow I got a level 40 item before level 20).

I know how they are supposed to work, thank you. This is a bug because they do not work that way - they vanish from the inventory when clicked on, nothing is summoned, and then they re-appear in the bag inventory later. I have reported this as a bug. Is there a way to get an admin to move it to the bug section?

Personally, I feel the game not indicating whether blocks are succeeding is a pretty good thing to complain about. ; ) I would like to see proper indications of the block functionality. That's why I figured to report it. Clicking on them, standing on top of them, trying to interact with them, etc. did nothing. Though one time is a glitch. A persistent problem over days and multiple attempts is a bug. ; )

As a note, I tried the find foxbat quest but the foxbats around town were never interactable and never gave any credit. I tried dropping the quest and trying again, but it never activated. They were all drops, but I never tried using one before that day. EDIT: Ok, they all re-appeared in my inventory now. Weird.... Now the question is how to get it to work in the first place...

It was already full of other things and that was already suggested. They were gone from both inventory bags and the 5 slots. There was no overflow bag. I would not say they were gone unless I actually checked to make sure they were gone.
