just started this so people can show their nemesis. just include a screenshot of said nemesis in nemesis creator. character screenshot optional.

A quick backstory is Uzuki (nemesis) had his brain implanted into a android after Erogar (my main) defeated him years ago when his body was badly damaged as a building basically fell on top of him when a fire broke out in the labs where Erogar was created. VIPER scientists managed to save him by making him what he looks like now before going mad with power and revenge.

I thought the opposite. I'm a fan of your simple, not-overdesigned costumes. The nemesis looks too "busy" for my tastes.
I actually thought so at first glance. I had to scroll up to look at Vitality to try to spot the differences in the head to make sure. Basically at a quick glance, not taking in too many details, they look similar to me.
Couple quick things that stood out - hair color, skin color, high neck cowl, hairstyle. When making the comparison, I then saw that the hairstyle was different, no facial hair on Ultimate, and slightly different skin color.

And Happifun's new nemesis, the Luddite:

However, he found it disgusting that he was outmatched by otherwise physically normal men wearing armor, and worse, by robots (they aren't even, legally speaking, people!). Accordingly, the Luddite set out to defeat these "heroes" and prove the worth of real men. His first target: Happifun Security System X-4!

As you can see, her nemesis's are based off of egyptian gods and deities, even Zahra is a egyptian name. I do try to keep a egyptian style going (and I don't have the costume set sadly).

On the Blue side, in pink, the Hero: Magic Knight Trinity, Magical Girl Warrior of Justice and Love.
On the Purple side, in...purple, her Nemesis: Magic Knight Lorelei. She's not quite EVIL, but she's definitely not a HERO either!
I figured the best first nemesis for a magical girl would be a 'rival type' before moving on to such things as eldritch horrors and such...
These costumes are really good considering you don't actually have the Egyptian set, i applaud you. Also i really like the look of Sobek heh.

I wish I could've gotten that moustache and the exhaust-pipe shoulderpads from that event... but I was out sick most of the time it was up, and they never dropped the few times I was able to try for it.

This is in the category of "Boy, are you going to regret asking that!". Out of my 29 characters, I've created nemeses for 15 of them. 'Scuse me while I take over the thread for an hour or two.
Hero: Adam Arcane - A defrocked and disgraced Sorcerer Supreme, starting over and relearning The Balance. "Leader" (more Coordinator) of the Conclave.
Inspiration: Dr. Strange
Nemesis: Kurlolo, Wizard-King of the Warped Dimension - Absolute despot of a neighboring mystical dimension.
Inspiration: The Dread Dormammu
Hero: The Morrigan - Dark stalker of the criminal underworld, using her considerable resources to work her way up to getting revenge on the man who killed her family...Dr. Destroyer. "Field General" of the Conclave...when she feels like it.
Inspiration: Basically Wonder Woman's powers in Batman drag.
Nemesis: Holy Hunter - Archer assassin from an ultra-radical Christian group, devoted to wiping out paganism throughout the world. Is unaware that the Morrigan is not a pagan, but an atheist.
Inspiration: None, really. Just working a pagan/Christian riff with a dash of irony.
Hero: High Wire - Acrobatic college dropout. Subtly made off with a grappling hook device during a super-battle. Reconstructed it but it electrocuted him. His life was saved by Adam Arcane, who revealed that the accident had given High Wire electrical powers as well.
Inspiration: Mostly Daredevil with a dab of Blue Beetle.
Nemesis: Raptor - A humble scientist injected himself with an experimental formula derived from dinosaur DNA and became a crazed monster.
Inspiration: Stegron, the Dinosaur Man
Hero: Neon - A technological super-genius who hides his extreme misanthropy from all the "little brains" around him. Arrogant and aloof, he seems to take great pleasure in harming the criminals he apprehends.
Inspiration: Iron Man and Braniac 5 of the Legion of Super-Heroes. Totally black head in a helmeted spacesuit homages the Legion villain Mano.
Nemesis: Epic - A lunatic that thinks he's the keeper of Silver Age values and commits crimes to lure out especially violent heroes and teaches them not to do that...by beating them to death with his enormous fists!
Inspiration: A tiny bit of The Scourge, who went around killing B-level super-villains at Marvel during the '80s.
Hero: Professor Kilimanjaro - Super-genius gorilla with a long career as "Science Ape" behind him, assisting Neon with his secret moonbase.
Inspiration: This is a friend of mine's character from his Mutants and Masterminds campaigns that I admire, so, with permission, recreated here.
Nemesis: Mister Menagerie - A poacher and smuggler with the power to control animals and increase their size. Uses a wide variety of hunting and animal capturing gear.
Inspiration: Same source as above, except I had to "reimagine" him as more of a western style ringmaster/lion tamer type. He was originally a safari hunter type guy, but those costume parts don't exist in Champions Online.
Hero: Ballistic - Ex-government spook given super-speed powers with many surgical augmentations. On the run and trying to create a different life for himself.
Inspiration: None in particular, but any super-speedster or ex-spy on the run. There's a ton of each in comics.
Nemesis: General Ironhand Kelly - The General is the man vowing to bring Ballistic back to the fold. He'll never forgive Ballistic for the mission that lost him his hand.
Inspiration: General Thunderbolt Ross from the Hulk; General Wade Eiling from Captain Atom; Sgt. Steel and Captain Ahab from Moby D ick.
Hero: Monster - It's not that odd that a young boy has an imaginary pink monster for a childhood friend, but when he grew up, he found that his friend wasn't so imaginary. Through an extra-dimensional psychic connection, Stanley Mortimer found he could even transform into the physical body of his friend with his mind still intact.
Inspiration: Stanley and His Monster
Nemesis: Professor Victorian - A collector of oddities and antiquities, the Professor is dedicated to the capture of the giant pink monster to put him on display.
Inspiration: Steampunk in general
Hero: Gyrfalcon - A Siberian woman near the Mirny Diamond Mines chosen by an earth spirit to train for an upcoming catastrophe. She was given the mystical Gyrfalcon armor and sent to aid Adam Arcane in Millennium City during her training period.
Inspiration: The Falcon
Nemesis: Kllktkkt - A minor ice demon trapped in our reality. He is convinced that the divine visitation that gave Gyrfalcon her powers also left repressed memories that hold the key to his return home.
Inspiration: Nothing specific, although the "secrets in repressed memories" bit is from somewhere I read, I just can't recall where.
