Yes you can enter again, with a new character or even with Ratasassin if you wanted, you just can't get your revenge on the Juggernaut. The chances of winning two in a row are slim but can and has happened before. The random factor and maintaining fairness have always been a high priority to me. That's why I don't follow links to other threads or work from another artist's rendition or allow improper posts.
Anyways, long and boring but if you're having fun and you like what I do than enter any you qualify for.

This one has been mostly finished for awhile but I felt it was still missing something and believe it or not, it was the heavier black lines around the Flames of the Faltine to give Dormammu his smoldering crest. Ditko's Doctor Strange - pure genius. Anyways I do hope you get a kick out your victory.

Thanks, I'm going to run one of my more challenging Lotteries, It's called The VS. Lottery.
It's one picture, two heroes and it's a fight. I like this one but it does run into a few snags every time I do it but you lot have been great so far.
The idea is simple enough and requires a bit of a gamble.
(01) I will compile a list and roll for two opponents, you won't know who your facing till the winners are pulled.
(02) You will have one chance to back down, any necessary re-rolls will be made and once both players are committed, I will flip a coin in secret to decide the winner.
There's the real gamble, you don't know who you'll face and you won't know the outcome till I post the final piece. So no "RP" and no "'my Spec is awesome" factors - you must be willing to lose this fight to enter it.
All the normal rules apply plus I will need your character's estimated height for scale purposes and if your hero uses a melee weapon I'll need to see a pic of it as well. Also to keep the poses tight I am asking for melee toons only.
Standard Lottery Rules (these never change):
(1) Post the name of your hero, (insert theme requirement).
(2) Post your global name.
(3) Post a full body, full color picture of the hero (doesn't need to be big, just showing head to toe).

Cool, we got the minimum requirement of entries and we got at least two melee toons. I would like to remind everybody that I am looking for melee fighters, hammers. swords, knives, claws, fists, etc. I know FreeForms can be both ranged and melee but I'm looking for those that are primarily close quarters fighters.
