This is not true! I have used my free respec after hiting level 70 and I could put powers to level 4 without any problem's. After a week or so when I tried to put more points into some powers on level 4 i couldn't. So pls fix this ASAP!

I must agree with OP. After boring "I look you, you die" mod4 and mod5 finaly some changes in right directions! Fix lags and some bugs, put back reworked spell, cn etc. remove rng from game end wohooo we have a very nice game! I replaced mine at level 70 went from BI Corupted to full Burninig executioner set. At level 68 I had some two random droped items replacing my BI set parts because of HP. Nothing else.

You scared me big time here I was thinking that devs gonna change EOTS from 100 crit chance to 5% crit severity :) and that would be a huge change to SS CWs. Well you can't say then EOTS because MOF doesnt have EOTS it is for SS CW. EOTS is gong to get 30% chance to activate but only on critical. Tnx for clearing this up ;)

Where did you get this info for "Eye of the Storm: Now increases your Critical Severity by 5%." If this is a correct info then this is a huge change on CW!

I just took fast log on dummy right now: EoTS active so it is 100% crit chance all hits are crits + same rotation two rounds with pvorpal - 530k dmg without pvorpal - 450k dmg
