    This is kinda bad tho we wanna play a game that cost us money and they cant evening acvite our accounts.....

    My key is activated, and it says that I am not allowed to log on!

    My account is active and I have triple checked my activation key, still getting not allowed to log in to this server at this time. I feel like I'm being ripped off . I would seriously like an explanation and some kind of compensation for charging us for a game and then not allowing us to enjoy it. I'm thinking a refund of my purchase price and i walk away would be just about right. Why pay for a game that I am unable to play do to problems obviously at Cryptic's end...would that be a breach of contract?...might have to look into that..
    I'll let you know what i find out...

    It was happening on Sunday so I cancelled the debit card subscription as wasn't sure if it was all working ok, and set up PayPal. Got in OK on Sunday evening (UK) but today I am getting this error again.

    This sucks, just one day extention. Atari ships out on the 8th, we customers can never have the retail key on the 8th. The 9th or 10th, yes,. for sure.

    Got lifetime subscription and now this...

    i have purchased the game online and have activated my key yet when i log on it says you are not allowed to log on to the server at this time was wondering what was going on

    Sometimes it lets me in, most times it doesnt, then I'll hit a random disconnect and have to go through it all over again. Worst part is, my fiancee has no problem logging her account in at all with Digital Deluxe, both bought from Steam.

    Well.......still got the error "you are not allowed to log in at this time" and am on the phone on never ending hold with Cryptic...65 mins so far..........hope I can get this resolved......wanna resume playing

    dont know - did they lost one login server? database?

    Happened again like the other day eh.

    All retail customers, all with active keys and subscriptions unable to log on again.

    WHAT A JOKE!!!!

    bought mine from the Atari store as soon as pre order was out, got the pre order key byt then zip.

    sent Atari email after email but got no answer, never received the retail key.

    I really am ****ed at this, Im a commander now and am not going to restart just to use the bonuses so I spent £49.99 which is about $80-00 for nothing when I could have bought the game on launch for £24-99 about $40.00.

    So basicaly Atari have ripped me of for £25 ($40).....

    people have been jailed for stealing less.

    comon you can't expoect someone to sit and hope that a company rem him, this is just not on....

    Same as the others,

    Key is active for the game, and I have paid for a life time sub.

    And yet....since late last night all I get is "You are not allowed to log into this server at this time".

    I've downloaded everything to download for the game. I've activated my retail key. I've got the lifetime subscription but it is still telling me cannot log-in at this time. please me out. Thank you. :(

    They messed up when ended the previous grace period and locked everyone out, now another grace period ends and they lock all the legitmate people out again.

    CAN YOU PEOPLE GET NOTHING RIGHT?

    I was playing this game @ 2am this mornining, now I am getting this error and now cannot log in. Please fix this, I took the day off to play this game! frustration, please help.:confused: what happened to my 30 days of activation time?? I've had this game a week!

    I can not log in due to this error; I have my retial code active and a credit card attached to the account. Yesterday was the first time I could log on thanks to a member of Cryptic putting a pre order code on my account and now today I can no longer get in again.

    Please help.

    I am having the same issue, I even sent a ticket in about me entering my key but it wont allow it to go through. At the same time of entering my key i have already purchased a 1 year Subscription yet its telling me to purchase ANOTHER one when i enter my retail Key. This does need to get sorted out, especially if this is taking away playing time that i have paid for. Im not going to get upset about this for the first day though because things happen, but i did send in two tickets (one in game about a bug) and yet i still have no replies from both yet i did the one about billing id have to say about 1 week ago. I hope everything gets resolved soon.

    I didn't preorder. I bought the full retail from Best Buy and activated my key on Feb 2nd. It currently tells me I'm not allowed to log into the server.
    My account status on the website is:

    Activated Features
    Star Trek Online - Preorder
    Subscriptions


    This wouldn't be a problem if this were a non-subscription game. I too would like to see some added game time for all of the inconvenience. It's a great game, but this makes me not want to continue paying for a subscription if 20% the time I can't log in.

    You guys are supposed to give the ppl here that dono what they are doing some information instead of ignoring the thread.
