Good news. Admin message was sent out saying that everyone gets a cookie since the BZ was broken and the bosses couldn't be triggered naturally. Yay for us!
I noticed that the brightness slider seems to be "broken" and as soon as I change it, it reverts back to the insanely bright and washed out mode it had before. Edit: I just discovered what was causing this. I have a program called "flux" installed which changes the white balance of my monitor at night to be warmer. This is…
But the powerboard course only appears while the race is active. Thanks to the issues with server-side performance seemingly related to the artifact hunt, sometimes these objects aren't switching states properly. I've seen it myself where some of the ramps don't switch active and are not available for use during the race.
Quick hack of a solution... mirror the bones of the character via a selector in the costume along the left-right plane while also mirroring the skin itself (so it appears correctly). Just a thought.
Yes, I'm seriously confused why the OP is upset that they have gotten bonus Admiralty cards that make everything so much easier. I'm sitting here raising my glass saying "Thank you for not taking them away!"
I have this shield (and armor) only equipped on a single BOff and am experiencing the same issue. His shields drop and I end up with distortions and Immunity. He dies.
Geordi La Forge was from Mogadishu, Somalia Data was from another planet. Worf was from another planet and his adopted parents were from another planet and were of Belarussian ancestry. Doctor Crusher was from The Moon. Ro Laren was from another planet.
But... a title is what people call you by instead of your name. That's exactly what a title is. If other players see you as "Moist", why wouldn't NPCs see that as your designated title? It's just logic!
The key is that we already have a title chooser and the data being saved. The most significant part of the work needed is rigging the [rank] alias that is used in mission dialog to point at the already chosen title instead. Not trivial, but the most simple solution possible given what we know about the mechanisms involved.…
I can confirm I have the Combat Performance Boost 3 and 6 Ranks of Hull Plating. However, I have zero ranks in Threat Control and ending up with a resistance of 34.7% with no gear on my ship and the Aux Defense trait removed. I have no other traits that buff damage resistance, hull plating, or threat control that I can…
I do not have Techie slotted. I could find nothing else slotted that affects Hull Plating or Damage Resistances. So the difference between 84 points and 100 points on Holodeck should only be a difference of 0.1% damage resistance?
Ok, finally got to do the check that @borticuscryptic was asking for. In my Fleet Jupiter in ESD Orbit, stationary, all gear identical on both shards. Holodeck: Hull Plating: 84pts Energy Resists: 56.1% Tribble: Energized Hull Plating: 100pts Energy Resists: 52.0% There's definitely something odd here. Update: Went ahead…
This is actually from when Defera was first introduced. It was part of a bad idea, where events were run in hourly cycles. With a fairly random placement throughout the day in an overall 2 week repeating cycle. When Defera wasn't being invaded, it would look as it does now. This is most likely a symptom of the event having…
This is why my personal workstation, servers, and even my wrist watch are ALL in UTC. If my entire team uses the same timezone, no matter where we are, this cannot happen. UTC Master Clock!
