Hey Captains!
As you may have noticed, the Tzenkethi Battlezone is now live on Tribble, and we want your feedback! We'll be holding a special playtest of the zone from 3-5PM PST today, with some special rewards. During that time, any player who defeats the boss of the Battlezone (by capturing all of the zones, and then destroying the boss) will receive 100 Lukari Marks and 1 Elite Lukari Mark: Protomatter Microcontainer. Enjoy the playtest, and please head to the forums and the official thread to provide feedback on the Battlezone!

They'll be rewarded to Holodeck.
Sadly, capture points are hilariously broken, so we may as well be getting magic beans. There is no apparent way to capture the entire zone.
Sad.
Sitting on a point I captured 5m ago, took a few min to show it wasn't under Tzenkethi control on the map, by going to contested (with no enemies around). Then after a few minutes, an enemy shows up and it immediately goes back to wanting me to spend 5m to recapture it.
Yay for us!

IMHO it needs a bit of tweaking. A clearer deliniation of where the event horizon is. Hawking particles spawn to deep in the well and to get them you cross into the zone of death before you know it. Better marking of where the Jupiter is lose the marking of the asteroids what are they there for anyway? If they mark the danger area they are to spaced out and few in number. Otherwise it's fun. The Tzenkethai are tough but not overly so. Please ignore the whiners about that I did it with Level 12 fleet weapons on a T-6 Matha.
Yeah... also, it might have helped to give a little more advance warning. By the time I found this thread, the test had come and gone. (Not that it would have made a difference in my case, given the timing.)
Infinite possibilities have implications that could not be completely understood if you turned this entire universe into a giant supercomputer.
Seems I was slightly out on that one, no idea how as it ended up as 11pm to 1am GMT. My clock on the pc seemed to say it was 1am when it was 11. I thought I was popping to the zone early and ended up actually being there on time I am just surprised I managed to stay on the computer so late into the morning (first time I managed it in a long time)

I really hate this type of 'event' as it becomes very 'region specific', just like the Holo-Leeta and Holo-TOS crew that are given out freely at conventions! Many of us work and cannot attend these but where do we get our reward for supporting the game?
Why should only some players get a free T6 Andromeda and Spec points when the rest of us actually played the game and earned them - where's our reward?
What about the silly golden Ferengi ship? I'd imagine there's many still feeling 'hurt' over that fiasco - why do only some people get a reward and not others?
