Although I'm not a big fan of NuTrek I would like my KDF chars to have access to the SNW Klingon Uniforms. And the Romulan uniforms. And to continue the old story lines that have not been completely resolved. Who met with Sela at the end of the Iconian arc? Data? What happened to the Children Of Khan?

Same here. It started back in late November of 2023 and has been steadily getting worse since then. Since yesterday's server restart (Feb 8th) I have not even been able to complete the event because of the constant freezes and rubberbanding. Really annoying.

I have similar problems with a very recent computer with several times the suggested requirements. The screen freezes for a few moments but sound is still playing and my skills appear to be working. It is really annoying.

It's not the only option that keeps resetting. Keep moving during dialogue keeps reverting back to off.

It's a very old bug. I did the Swarm 7 times in a row with my old Gamma recruit and it was still not updating. I have a similar problem. I have already explored ToS ESD but I'm stock at the Cestus mission. It keeps warping me back to the bottom of the sector space map. I sent a ticket and I was told a lot of people have that problem but they have not found a solution and let them know if I find a workaround...

Yes I have the same problem as well. Every time I try to to the next mission it warps me back near the bottom of the map. Goign to ESD doesn't help.

I lost my main character. The oldest of all my characters created back in the days when all Klingons could do was PvP. He had all the goodies, lock box ships, gear, ec... And they can't confirm they will be able to retrieve it or that if they manage to do so he will have all his gear. That's years of investment gone down…

I have the same problem. I spoke with a CSR but he couldn't do anthing. He created a ticket and could not promise my character would or could be restored. It is my oldest character and has (had) all the goodies.

I'm beginning to think that J'mpoc did not survive when he was poisoned by the Nakhul posing as a Romulan a few years ago. An Undine? Unlikely. Changeling? Also unlikely. Nakhul? Tal Shiar? Something does not add up. I started being suspicious when he refused to fight against the H'urq.

Just out of curiosity are logging using ARC? I have ARC and always log using the launcher but there have been a few occasions where I could only claim items from the C-Store by logging in with ARC. I would quickly log back out, turn it off and log back in with the launcher.
