Umm... let me see what I was doing...
I was walking on the Dyson spire joint command. No power was active.
I am quite sure that akamai is the problem.

    As usual, my connection get blocked at akamai.
    They really hate me.
    I was doing nothing just logged in.

    This start to be ridiculous.
    I even contacted the support and they claim it's practically my fault.
    They say that my connection does not reach the server

    Quoting:
    Your ticket has been reviewed by the next tier of our support team and was able to find out that your internet connection is not reaching the server. You may reset your router/modem or contact your Internet Service Provider."

    Whereas, if I disconnect and relog, for a minute I have no lag at all. Akamai is probably blocking my traffic and nobody is willing to do anything. What was that about "privileged access" to lifetimer?

    Yeah the game is practically unplayable now. Yesterday for example I tried posting things on the Exchange on the Klingon Academy map and nothing was happening. Although I was not moving my character he was jumping 10ft in every directions. I couldn't click on the daily missions. It lasted for 10 minutes and then poof, everything was fine. I then did a few TFO's and the lag suddenly came back. I have been playing this game since Beta but it just not playabale anymore. Over the years there was the occasional Server not responding (not seen that in years) but now it just insane lag. What is really annoying is that I can play games that require a lot more ressources than STO with any problems (even on servers located in Europe) with no lag but I can barely play STO.

    Same for me. The lag fix patch worked and I was lag free for over a month. Now this new patch is near unplayable. Takes 5mins to to log in and get to the map. Rubberbanding which had been fixed is now back worse then ever.

    Im sorry, there are heavy lags, rubberbanding, snr, dc here :( Cant do anything in the game. I hope winter event will be extend.
