update couple days ago a suggestion was made to me by one of the mods here on forums that i should open another ticket and try again .. what good that did me . the ticket got closed saying it was a duplicate and that i should refer back to my original ticket . which i did and still no reply. the original was never resolved…

am pretty sure that i did not delete it, mail it, vendor it, or place it in any of my banks and i have looked on all my 10 alts none of them have it either . and i'm very careful with my gear. i have stuff in inventory still that's been sitting there for very long time lol.. and even so they should still be able to find it…
