I have to disagree. The Federation doesn't need battle cloak. Maybe if in the future if cryptic wants to make section 31 into a playable faction their ships can use stolen tech but not vanila fed ships. They're op with a good build anyway. I don't even know why their faction needs the stealth skill. Just play kdf or…

Sounds good. My fed toon is in a tier 4 fleet with no buying access until we finish all tkers of the fleet projects. Kinda sucks but it helps build the currency lol.

Thanks, I'll retrain some boffs and look for the doffs. I don't have the gravimetric torp yet, what suggestions are there for a torp? Would the rom plasma torp be good?

@Yargomesh: Thanks for the tips dude. They've been a real help. I keep experimenting with both the Rom plasma cannons and Dis. @Wenom4: thanks for the build, but i don't own and of the sets other than Breen and Jemhadar. I did just recently gain the Remen space set.
