    seems super powerfull and makes sense. What kind of Doffs are you using? I always go for a rare and very rare doff that reduces Tac team cooldown, so I can rotate it without downtime and with only 1 copy of it. And I use 2-3 damage controle doffs to also rotate EPtS and EptW without downtime continuously. That would open up an engi slot for reverse shield polarity or something else and a second BFAW. Also I prefer science team over polarize hull.
    But this advice would depend on what doffs you are currently using, since you might be using an even more powerfull combination anyway.

    i dont see the point in running zero point console. u dont get the 2 piece bonus from it, and its a small bonus to crithit and critsev. I'd swap in an emabssy console that adds plasma damage proc. lvl 14 epic u get upwards of 2000 plasma dmg per pop.

    I don't see why that build makes any sense...torps, are meh at best...and those on the ship you proposed are basically the worst (crystaline torp? really). No torp powers, but double FAW? Nah sorry, from a dmg perspective the original build of the OP is hugely superior.
    Either go full Sci-torp build (for which the ship is not ideal) with all the new traits and items, or leave torps out completely.
