This instance is lag city and bugged instance. Several buggs over last years that have been mentioned have never been fixed which is why no one ever goes there. And the rewards are petty as well. As far as I am concerned Ker'rat is no longer relevant because the devs have ignored the issues with it since game launch.
Rough Astral Diamonds have a 24,000 daily cap 4am mst and Refined astral diamonds are only used in to purchase supplies and gear and as a currency in the AH.
They have a cap of 24,000 a day but they have rough astral diamonds and refined astral diamonds which are what the AH uses in Neverwinter, it is only the rough astral diamonds in never winter that have a cap. So if they could do something similar in STO, I believe it would work quite well like it does in STO.
How about cryptic provide a fix to make it clear we already own it? No all I see in my tailor which has a few messed up blank spots at the bottom (BUG) is Deep Space Nine Bundle, is this the same uniform that is in the bundle?
I am FED and have been max level since launch! I have not bought in the lobi store, nor have I bought the collectors edition, and the only thing I see in the tailor is ds9 bundle, and a few messed up blank options at the bottom of the list.

In my humble opinion the reputation system should be account based, and the grinding relating to it adjusted accordingly. In addition doff reputation system ie the 10 different rep systems like diplomacy and trade, and science, and espionage, etc should be account based.
