If you're not seeing it in the C-Store, you most likely already have the uniform. Maybe you purchased it from the Lobi store in the past?

I checked my legacy unlocks -- it isn't there either. Not in the C-Store, not in the tailor, NOWHERE.
They never should have claimed to be giving things away if they had NO intention of actually doing so. It's really no loss on our part, but it solidifies PWE's position as douchebag corperation.

Not sure I understand the complaining. Sure, part of me wishes it was a new account-wide KDF uniform. But for that to happen, they'd have to make a new uniform. I can understand being frustrated that there really aren't any account-wide ones (I wish they'd put some skirts in there, at the very least), and I can also understand the frustration that, even now, the Feds just seem to get more of everything. I am a KDF player (though, admittedly, not a KDF-only player), and have been since the KDF was nothing more than PvP and Empire Defense. I know that frustration. I share it. But... well, I guess I don't know what we were expecting here. Did we want Cryptic to give away something that didn't yet exist?
And if the item they're giving away on a particular day happens to be something you can't use, or something you already have, why is that such a terrible thing? None of us is entitled to free stuff. Cryptic, for whatever reason, has decided to give us players stuff that normally costs ZEN; if it's stuff you don't happen to want (or can't use, or already have), you can just skip it, and you're not any worse off than you were before. It's not like this giveaway is taking anything away from anyone.

Look at Microsoft. If you buy a computer a couple months before the newest Operating System comes out, they give you a free upgrade (granted, you have to jump through hoops in order for them to mail it to you, but regardless).
I would be very grateful if someone gave away something for free. I feel cheated when I already have that item and I receive no sort of compensation. Even a simple "For our customers who bought the uniform, thank you for supporting us!" would have sufficed.

Exactly. If you purchased it earlier, or received it as part of a boxset or other promotion, it's not available to be claimed now because you already have access to it.
STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

For everyone who can't see the uniform on their lists, as Brandon says, if you have the Collector's Edition, they don't show up on the C-Store. You just have it. If you go to the tailor, you'll see you have the ability to use the DS9 costumes.
I am a legacy user, and the item does not show up in my appearance list under all, there is no mention of DS9 anywhere in my lists, several users seem to be missing the option of purchasing the item for free!

I for one don't really care, its nice of them to give something away for those that don't have them already.
Kdf will get their item tomorrow. Rom items are too new (they are still making money from those items). So there is no reason to feel cheated.
Please read the community manager's comments in this thread. He stated three to four times already (in this thread) that FED Uniform Today and Tomorrow. Ships Wed, Thr, Fri

There is the Acadamy and the Mercenary. Since they probably make money off the Merc and EVERYONE could have actually used it, its doubtful.

Yes, it was in some lock box ages ago and was very common reward. IMO most people having issues simply forgot.
DS9 uniform is almost 4 years old.

Don't forget you can go to https://my.perfectworld.com/account/sto and look under Activate Features to see what you have.
