They could have made the open jackets for Feds. with an undershirt/undershirless option for both sexes. They could have done the same for the ferengi jackets, and the cropped winter jackets. That looks like a better skin than most of the Federation ones they have come out with, I might have to pick it up for one of my romulan ships. edit: And it looks AMAZING on the KDF ships, much like the old Qonos 1 from "The Undiscovered Country" if I still played KDF I would totally get that!

I also have a problem with some of them, Several Romulan purples that refuse to work and then I have some that simply disappeared completely. It really erks me because I spent alot of money on them from the exchange. :(

I think the general idea of the ship is good, but I really am not digging all of the negative space. So many holes going through the ship (for me) makes it feel less like a star ship. Whats more is that KDF aligned Romulans can not even purchase the Romulan Robes from the Fleet Embassy, since the KDF cant. It really makes me question the thought that the Romulans are a separate faction in the back end when your alliance determines something like buying a Romulan themed outift from an embassy.

Federation Romulans can wear the robes no problem, but KDF Romulans...no such luck. I asked Branflakes about it a couple weeks ago and he said its not available. It sucks that my fleet ran full steam ahead to get the embassy completed only to find out that we could not use the dang things. -Seacat

I gotta say that modifying the boffs instead of the cloak itself sounds like the way to go imo. diminishing returns, sure why not? that way if i do not use cloak enhancing boffs then I still get the full benefits of an unmodified cloak that time is comparable to Fed or Kdf cloakspeed

I think TOS had the different ranks in the different colours per the red and blue, but keep in mind that Romulans love to use organic tones in their uniforms.
