Also, digital time is not a word used in the states (as all time can be represented in digital form). I think you were asking for time expressed in 24 hour format (US military time) versus 12 hour format. Correct? Midnight (12:00 am) is 00:00 Noon (12:00 pm) is 12:00 Evening (6:00 pm) is 18:00

My guess is that the UTC time listed did not factor Daylight Savings Time here in the US. DST just started this past Sunday in the US. Right now, I have the servers going down in 10 min at 9 am Eastern Daylight Time. This post was made at approx 8:50 am Eastern Daylight Time.

Did you purchase Zen through Steam or via Arc (or STO Website)? Zen purchased via Steam has a lockout and makes ALL purchases BOUND until that expires.

The way I look at it for my Fleet (which I am the main DOFF contributor) is that I am requesting the services of the Non-Coms and Officers. I spend my "prestige" to get them in bulk for Temporary Duty Assignments for Fleet projects and then they return to their previous assignments or are assigned another duty assignment.

In order to "donate" to your fleet, they have to leave their current fleet, invite to your fleet, leave, and then get added back to their original fleet. Best thing to do is to be on the look out in some of the public channels for someone who is NOT in a fleet and wants to dump their stockpile of marks for Fleet credits.
