Referral program question.

Ok, so i have put in 2 support tickets so far. Was told to do a third and ask for supervisor. I want to ask here in a more clear way then my old thread.

These are the items I am talking about.

I have these on my old main. I was trying to find out if I could have them moved to my new main, or if I delete my old character could I reclaim them. Support channels told me twice that I can never get them again, and if i delete my old main, tough.

If I can never get these items on my new main then so be it. But several people have told me that they have the same items from the referral program and that they are account unlocks. Can anyone verify this? I am wanting to ask around here one more time before trying a third time to get a better answer.

    Check the "Legacy" section of the C-Store. All of my Refer a Friend stuff is there.

    Already checked legacy unlocks and everything. Even sent screenshots of my c-store to support the last time. :(

    Do you have the Courier and Recruiter titles on your old main? If you don't have these titles, then you forgot that you used the Photonic Tribble and Photonic Science Bridge Officer crates on your old main which is a character unlock not an account unlock. If you have these two titles on your old main, but no legacy unlock for them, then your account is bugged.

    For me those items are in the legacy unlocks. The last time I grabbed them on new alts was right before delta hit. From what I remember you can’t claim the boff on a romulan till you choose a side there is a klink one also though. Another thing I can’t really remember is if I could access those thing instantly or if I had to level a bit like I do with vet rewards. The last few alts I’d made didn’t get their vet stuff till level 3 or so. I think I could get the tribble right away though.
