Look at the Exchange there is very few Zen offers to purchase Dilitium. If Dilithium not in demand, no one will spend real money to got it. It has nothing to do with Exchange cap. Amount of Zen offered is minimal. Cryptic not making money. Do not call it Dilithium Sink call it Dilitium incentives.

I can open the bag with "/LootCancel " , but somehow it has Breen BOFF i already have and i can not move it in to my inventory and discard button is grayed out.

Same here. i tried first card , got error message, checked transaction log : no charges. Tried second card : got error message, checked transaction log it said denied. Put them all in R&D bag, get away from Bank, right click use. This will let you to exchange old partial traces in to new R&D matts.

At this point in our life we do not care much about Expertise or EC's . Please, correct me if i wrong ,but it is the Skill XP points are moving this bar on top of the screen, this is what we are after, and it is cut by over 60%. I hope it is just a temporary bug and will be fixed asap or a am wrong about it.

You keep EVERYTHING you purchase from fleet store , until you delete/recycle it. You also keep all unspent Fleet Credits you earn and your standing on old fleet Leger Board.

Only Advanced and Elite missions reward processors, injections, implants, as well as VR R&D mats. So without them new 50 level characters will not be able to get better quality equipment. With out better quality equipment they will not be able to to Advanced and Elite missions. It is kind of chicken an d the egg thing.
