Own the Defiant Tactical Escort Retrofit but can't buy the fleet version

Hello,
I own the Tactical Escort Retrofit yet the fleet ship says I must pay 4 fleet ship modules to buy? According to startrekwiki if you own the tier 5 ship, which I have screenshots about but cannot post here, you only need to use 1. When trying to purchase the Defiant Tactical Escort Retrofit ship it states you need to spend 2000 zen yet it says it's already in my inventory. Hello folks, fix your system. Posted screen shots in the tickets, if you were not afraid of them here, they would be attached to this post immediately.

Good point. For veterans they get a ship token at level 50 to claim a free C-store ship they don't own yet (selection on which ships you can choose from is limited though). This only gives the ship to the character you use the token on and does not count as you having actually purchased the ship, and also means you don't qualify for the fleet ship module discount. To get the ship unlocked account-wide you actually need to have payed zen for it.
To the OP, open the C-store and look at the ship. If it shows a price of zen it means you never purchased it yet and you probably obtained it with a veteran ship token for that character.
