I encounter this bug, too. It seems Transwarp is broken somehow. Some destinations work, others dont.

If we're lucky, this would adress the issue as a side effect. However, my female FED romulan does not wear any parts of the Khan outfit. Edit: No, the issue survived the patch...

And I wish you could fly loopings, or at least 90 degrees up/down. I still hate to spiral up-/downwards to a target way above or below my ship.
