I have this ability on one of my officers and it works like a charm. Though often I use the ability more because it's there than because I need to get out of the tractor beam with my cruiser.

I've recently found out that some Ferengi (on Drozana) even lie about how much they pay. You open their Sell menu and see that item X is listed at 40 EC. You sell it and receive a little over half that price... Evil scheming TRIBBLE!
