I just brought up the launcher for the first time after today's patch about 30 minutes ago, in addition to the indicator light showing red....the game is not patching for me. Anybody else having this problem? EDIT: Nevermind...there it goes. :cool:

So, it looks like eventually we will only be able to launch STO using ARC....however, ARC does not seem to have a Mac client. What does this mean for Mac users who play STO via the Wine wrapper? Are we still going to be able to play STO? :cool:

Welcome to the game! I was a lot like you. I played the game in Beta and quit shortly after launch, only to return last year. I'm so glad I did. If you need a good, community based fleet....send me a PM, I can hook you up. :cool:

I could be wrong, but I believe this one is bugged. As I recall, at some point the terrain map got changed and the lobi got buried under a rock or something making it inaccessible. :cool:

In addition to what has already been said.... Plan ahead! Try to decide early on which ship you want to mainly fly when you hit lvl 50 & train your BoFFs with the skills you want them to be able to use. Pay attention to the Bridge Stations so that you don't train them in skills you won't be able to use. Also, don't spend a…

Go to the BoFF vendor, there should be an option there to get your new BoFF. BoFF vendors are usually next to (or near) the BoFF trainers on ESD, Romulan Command, and on Quo'Nos :cool:

I don't have anything in any of the name fields for my Boffs except the top one. In that one I put the first and last name separated by a space. :cool:

I've had the same issue. Ran it three times solo, trying various methods suggested in this thread, but to no avail. I haven't tried running it with someone else yet though.
