Just a tip for anyone, when you install any windows version, it is always recommended to install a 64 bit version. That way if you plan on going beyond 4gb of ram. so far i've too noticed the same on my jem'hadar. I've bought another for my caitan and it comes up as "baseball" in the categories while in the costume modification ui. So it is safe for other characters. Don't know if it works on the cardi.

I am also getting the same problem with my Starfleet Temporal Agent. It keeps doing so every time I login or switch to my temporal character. I've completed all missions. I still yet to complete the duty officer, admirality and reputation (although reputation is almost complete).

Personally at the minimum I recommend a pc with atleast 4gb of ram, 1gb video card, 2ghz processor & windows 7. The game will generally run pretty well those specs. My hp has the specs except it runs at 3ghz.

And yes I have used Wine, Playonlinux as to test out linux and does work. Just remember, they are still unsupported and can be buggy. In order to slot the new ship without losing the old one, fine the char with the most contrib to the old ship. On another character (regardless of faction), make sure it is a min of level 10. Then slot it on a new char. Thats how I fixed my issue.

If you have last year's ship slotted on the same character you want your new ship, it wont let you. You have two options, either drop it (Which i dont recommend) or create a second char, get to level 10 then slot the dreadnought on the new char. force verify is not the issue. when you look at tracert, one of the ip's is showing 3-4 digit ms, thats extreme lag. i noticed that it's like the third-fourth to last ip address that is having the problems.

im also having rubber necking, snr's. yes it's true laptops are generally not designed for gaming. The one I have is definately designed for gaming. when sto isnt having connection issues, im able to max out all my settings with little to no lag
