Crashing

in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
During the midnight mission at the moment and some borg encourters regardless if they are the stf's or not I crash for no reason. I've been using my laptop that has windows 10 and now a friends computer (with windows 7) with a similer hard ware set up. I can use cable internet/ Adsl/Wimax/3G data cards and I still die (Bare in mind that they are all differnet isps.) Fresh install of windows on laptop. It's basically to the point that the support is useless so i am posting here.

    is there an issue at the moment with sto/cryptic its been fine allday then just keeps crashingafter loading character screen

    For me it happens at the moment on the midnight mission when you are about to hit the ground segment...

    I have just updated Star Trek Online to the latest version. When i go to run the game the screen goes black for a while then reboots, the error my system says is that it is a blue screen recovery, can you please help as i have always been able to play the game on this laptop unitl now. PLEASE HELP

    I'm currently crashing shortly after logging into the game. I'm still in the tutorial stage.

    I've not been crashing per se, but I AM getting lag off the rear end.
