  • The voice of reason has spoken, I will never understand why people take a game so seriously. It is one of the issues I had in Eve Online, too many players want you to play the game their way and treat everything like a full time job. If you want me to play the game your way, that is fine, you pay my subscription.
  • Try out running them, they are increadibly easy to avoid all together. I had what looked like 10 of the buggers following me around the Entity for most of the match. A round of Fire at Will thinned the crowd a little while the Entity was absorbing energy.
  • I do find it odd that the game seems to have taken a step backwards in terms of gameplay. For a game made in 2000, Klingon Academy had full range of motion and much better damage modeling. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y7eqb2vVYU8 The mechanics to avoid player disorientation are already there in that the ship…
  • I am having the same problem in the Xarantine sector, I have tried 5 times to get into all the systems there and the loading screen just creeps at about 1% a minute. I had to close and restart to get out of it. My latest try I got kicked with a message saying GS shutting down before getting to ready state.

In addition to the AI which seems more artificial than intelligent. Even on elite difficulty, enemy ships seem like they are commanded by first year cadets instead of experienced captains.…
  • This is something I have been pondering for months, not only would it tidy up space battles, it may even improve frame rates (by how much I have no idea) I have no idea about how the game is coded so I can only say things based on what I see in the game and I am going to make a few assumptions for the purposes of easy…
  • It would make sense if ships had the full 360 degrees of movement around all 3 axes instead of just the one, think Klingon Academy but from a 3rd person persepective. And as Nierion mentioned, the scaling of environments does not seem logical. I feel like a dwarf on foot and a giant in space.
  • I am with Tau41 on this one. I find it frustrating to survive almost all the way through an elite STF only to have someone spill their raktajino on a console and trigger the self destruct. One recent example I can think of, I was playing through Infected on elite difficulty, we were facing the Tactical Cube at the end and…
