No patch note, but I can confirm that hair is in fact fixed, skin is still the right color, and costumes are the right reflectivity. Hard to say. Probably not much now that I don't use a pulsewave any more, and less again since I don't PVP any more. Probably pretty frequently on Bug Hunt, though.

That's what I'd do, if the opportunity existed. Run a character for ten levels, strip their gear, delete, remake, reload the gear on the fresh 40.

Nanoprobe has been halved for so long I thought it was intended. It also halves bonus expose chance from traits. It's pretty sad that this has gone unresponded for so long. It's like a 15% nerf to sci dps on ground.
