Expose Chance missing from Captain Ground Abilities

Expose Chance and bonus Expose Chance from Traits are both missing from the following Captain Ground Abilities:

Tricorder Scan
Neural Neutralizer
Dampening Field
Target Optics

Please acknowledge when you have read and confirmed this bug. This is a huge and unjustified nerf that I can only imagine is an unintensional byproduct of the skill system rework.

Nanoprobe has been halved for so long I thought it was intended. It also halves bonus expose chance from traits.

It's pretty sad that this has gone unresponded for so long. It's like a 15% nerf to sci dps on ground.
