Do you really expect Craptic Customer Service Studios to please their customers? Remember these are the same people that took a month to fix a bug that was reported and two weeks of that was in the holodeck.
In my question I was not talking about Cryptic specifically, I was just generalizing. Let me make another analogy. Say you're electricity is out. Your power company knows that can fix it, but says they'll get to it when they get to it. Problem would be you're still getting charged for a service your paid for, but aren't…
You also missed my point about being a paying customer. Let's keep it simple. If you purchase something and it doesn't work and they keep taking your money are you going to be fine with that? Also on the communications thing, I have questions that were asked on Bran's twitter, on the forum, in support tickets that are a…
First off, this is not the first time this current bug has happened. It happened back on 10/3. It took one week to fix. That wasn't so bad. This time the bug was mention when Tribble went to Season 8. No dev response was given to the bug report. Then it was pushed out onto the holodeck where we have now been neglected for…
If he's a paying customer like I am, but I can neither confirm or deny he is, having time lost for reasons that are in Cryptic's control is ridiciuous. As then he would not be getting what he payed for.
So you're saying they don't give a damn about their paying customers. Just as long as they get the money whether or not their customers can use what they payed for doesn't matter.
You're really stupid if you're going to give your username/password to a fleet member that you don't know in real life. That's just asking for trouble.
If I was to give TRIBBLE service like this to my customers I would be terminated on the spot. Customer should always come first! They knew this would impact customer and blantly disregarded that fact when the rolled out season eight. Now we have lost two weeks, going on three as there isn't a fix in this patch. Again, I…
That only would work if you know them in RL, as you wouldn't give username/password over internet as they might just change it. Unfortunately, not all of us have this option. Quite frankly we shouldn't be forced to resort to this is Cryptic is at fault here.
Keep in mind that they don't have a fix for this yet as the loading screen crash still exists in Tribble, which was patched today. Since it won't be out this week the next patch would be on Dec 5. So your position makes no sense.
They have had over a month to get the loading screen crash problem fixed as it was reported in Tribble before it hit the holodeck. I understand it doesn't need to be rushed, but give me a break it shouldn't take an entire month.
Yes, but they also were also informed about this bug before Season 8 was shoved out the door. What do they do? Launch it anyway despite the fact it would block players for no reason. They have had more than two weeks to fix it and have they done anything? Last time I checked in my job if I were to do something like this to…
They've actually stated it's on their end, and it's affecting certain video cards. I use a Radeon and a few I've seen affected also used Nvidia. Plus, their whole no communication policy is ridiculous.
I doubt you will ever get an official answer. I've actually asked about the tribble that will disappear on the 27th, with the next update supposedly being tomorrow accroding to Bran's twitter, and have received no response.
Explain to me how it does me any good for them to update other TRIBBLE when I've been forced out due to Cryptic's error for two weeks, and being screwed out of my hard earned money.
Really what they should do right now is restore Redshirt to just before S8 and allow us infected an opportunity to play. Use Tribble to determine WTF?.
