If you play trough steam you can see your total playing hours. Also, I believe it has to be in-game playing time, title screen + Creator doesn't count.

Levels 30-39 the Captain levels. You get to fly the Galaxy, Intrepid or the Defiant classes. And I like the four pips, they look nicer then the Admiral pips.
