I'm interested in how they're going to handle the T6 flagships, since they all have 3-packs in the C-Store. They'll probably release a 6000Z 3-pack, but one can hope they'll give us a more afordable solution. At the very least, I'll know this anniversary how much my T6 Vesta is going to cost :) (Or not since they may be…
I already said I know I should have read it. I just want to know why, so I can make sense of this. I usually read everything (even the patch notes). Just not this time. I read "Account Bound" and stopped reading after. Anyways, please treat this as a suggestion and close the thread. Thanks.
Possible issues regarding stacking with regular tokens seems the most plausible explanation. I was thinking "I'll just wait for them to release T7 ships, then I'll upgrade my T6 (soon fleet T6) to T6U" just to show you guys that I can be patient. But I just remembered : the text on the token specifically says "T5 to T5U",…
Thanks but it still doesn't answer my question. In what you say, it wouldn't matter on what character I unlock the ship. I only have one token, and it gets consumed once either way. Edit : Also, I didn't ask for one token per character.
Yes I'm sure it was written yet I'm asking what's the reason. Look, I got excited, read "Account bound" on the box, and opened it. Should I have read the whole box ? Probably but it seemed logical to think it was account bound. Why do I feel bad about opening a present, I wonder.
Another timegate ? Maybe... but please don't make me have to log in everyday to click buttons... Have them queue up automatically. We have enough clickies like this. My daily routine is now 15 minutes clickies and 45 minutes playing. No, i'm not even exagerating, I am leveling DA and 8742 reps, turning marks into dil,…
Are the exploration missions (where you land on an uncharted planet) randomly generated ? If yes then they already have the tech, no need for terrain destruction like in those games. Pick axes on the other hand are not negotiable ! (no gun-like mecanism please) If they dont have the tech, and were to work on a procedural…
I agree it's boring, but there's enough combat in the game. If the mining was done Minecraft style, then I would be hooked. I got hooked on that game for two reasons : exploring endless underground caves for shiny minerals and building trains. If Cryptic makes me explore caves for minerals in STO, then I will forget I have…
That's entitely another thing. The Exchange is there on the premise that some people have more time than money, and vice versa. Anyone with less money than you would say the exact opposite : the return on investment would need to be pretty high for me to trade money for zen instead of trading dilithium for zen". EDIT :…
You can take any economic argument and reduce it like this to hide the true cost. 5000 Zen, the price of a ship pack, equals 50$. Or I could say it costs only a penny each day for 13.68 years. But it's only a penny !!
I think the promise of a future 50k dilithium makes people buy Zen right now knowing they will recover that Dilithium before the new sinks arrive in the expansion.
