I did ISA with the special event tag through the normal TFO menu, and it rewarded me the normal rewards, plus the 50 T6 progress, but no daily event progress, tried KVN through the event menu and still no daily progress.

In the same episode Commander Riker took command of a ship. in Gambit, after Picard was believed dead, Riker was put in command of the Enterprise, and unlike in BoBW, he was not promoted, so there was a commander rank officer in command of the flagship.

You look at the model features, it is way to big for a even an runabout. and if it was a runabout, the Enterprise would have still been in the Jenolen sphere when we entered it, instead of the U.S.S. Gold. A runabout is nowhere near large enough to hold the doors open wide enough for the Enterprise.

There are two "free" ones, the breen carrier, and the kobali cruiser, you had to grind for them, during special events, but I'd like a t-6 that you would get at 50 or something with a rank up token

I just checked on my fed main, nothing around risa, I know they are not on cool-down, because I did the last standard one last summer, not including Tau Dewa and the Delta quadrant.
