I don't expect Starfleet/Federation badges for KDF. I expect a game's events and rewards to offer equity to its players, and not single out an entire faction. I don't understand how you don't understand that.
I'm very conflicted myself. I realize the T6 tokens probably aren't viewed as the most ideal use of this reward, but the account-wide nature of them is very appealing over the other options. There's also a few T6 traits I'd like to get my hands on, such as Spore-Infused Anomalies. OTOH, there's also a lot I could do with…
Make that two. Will happily throw some money at BGCA, and if STO really wants to encourage me to do so, they'll do it like they did last time, and leave gambling out of it.
Nonsense. This isn't a request for a new ship. It's a request for a ship that already exists. It would require approximately no additional development on their behalf to put assets that are already made, working, and live for sale on the store as a separate item, or as part of a different bundle. Moreover, how can you, or…
I wasn't personally hoping for a raider/escort either, but this is pretty silly. BoPs, which this is clearly iterating on, are easily one of the most iconic Trek ships.
So because there may always be extreme exceptions of the playerbase will always be min-maxing, or who will never be especially competent, the game's possible balance issues should always be ignored? That's quite a design philosophy you have there.
This isn't correct. I recently returned from a long hiatus from the game, and upon returning began queuing for normals to get reacclimated with everything, and get back into the swing of things. They were popping.
Moreover...and maybe I'm a minority in this regard, IDK... but I'm not even particularly interested in becoming a mega DPSer. Melting everything with complete ease doesn't appeal to me. Maybe that is odd, IDK. But I prioritize other things, like flavor and theme. It's a fine line, I suppose, because I don't want to feel…
This is something I've been thinking about recently, too. It seems very common to end up with a very OP player, or two in a random PvE Advanced queue, and while impressive to see everything melt in the blink of an eye, it isn't particularly fun or interesting to be in that team. It's not just about Normal having bad…
I really don't see why alien KDF are being shafted here when we have access to all other Klingon character customizations, last I checked. Seems very unnecessary.
I'm worried that if/when it ever comes, it won't be available to us alien folk, just like the new Klingon ridges seem to be unavailable, too. Kinda sucks, because I really like the look of the JJTrek Klingons.
I already play KDF. I have a Fed character and Romulan that I basically don't touch. And I have an TOS character now that I'm only using to get account-wide bonuses, and then I'll never touch him again either. The game has too much character-centric exclusivity, and requires too much character-specific investment for me to…
Looks like a bunch of goofs running around with turn-of-the-20th-centruy football helmets, impractical short skirts, obnoxious pants, and scarfs, LARPing in Arizona.
While also having a line of coupes that are decked out with all the latest tech, high performance engine, state of the art sound system, luxury leather and wood grain interior... the works, and then wondering why your busted TRIBBLE sedans aren't selling as well as your coupes.
