Problem solved. Have recieved a refund in the form of zen. Although I am happy with this i must say they should have done this with my original complaint through arc support. Not just because i went more public through BBB.

Don't know if anyone else has mentioned this but one of my fleet friends told me to limit my fps to 30 to reduce the rubberbanding. It absolutely has worked for me Don't know if it would help anyone else or even help find what the issues are but thought it was worth the mention
So.. cryptic and Pwe have not apologised.. have not offered any kind of solution and yet without it being in the patch notes have changed the description for the ship. so problem solved for all future buyers. However this is very sneaky of you all.. correcting the description without making people aware you are doing it.…
sympathies to you all effected by this.. hopefully you will come to the same realisation i have, dont spend another penny on this game until they actually realise they depend on us for there income and treating us with such disregard is not acceptable. check my forum post for my issues. croupboi
I do understand what your saying that every typo correction doesn't need to be in patch notes however i have seen them in patch notes before and since it was brought to their attention because i complained it would just seem like good business to me that if a customer points out a problem you would first apologize then say…

Repacking the ship would be great if they did that. At least then I could sell it to get some of my ec back. Unfortunately I still have not heard anything.
Stat changes and nerfs are one thing. But the item not being what is described is misrepresentation, and so false advertising. I think they should re box the ship, delete the ship if they want, would just like my ec back so could actually get something useful that actually performs as advertised. And just as one small…
I know what your saying, it would solve the problem, but why should you have to check an external website before making purchases. Any professional company should make sure descriptions are accurate.
Of cause its false advertising. Its advertising that the console is a lot more versatile than it actually is and so no, I didn't get what I paid for. If the description was accurate then I wouldnt have bought it

The fact the ship description is inaccurate doesn't make it false advertising. Of cause its false advertising. Its advertising that the console is a lot more…
Well Cryptic, no one can say I didn't give you a chance to resolve this matter. I have now submitted a complaint to the ASA regarding false advertising. I still live in the hope that you will reach out apologise and resolve this matter.

I know the moderators dont really have any power but have to assume they could forward the issue on to a higher level. Customer support have already said to me that the console is working fine so nothing will be done, then gave me a lecture about consoles
Mr moderator is nothing really going to be done about this clearly misleading description. I'm not saying give me my money back but at the very least my ec should be given back so I can get something that would actually be of use.
