I know the feeling... I am running my T5-U tac Vesta and this looks appealing- except I give up turn rate. And Hull. But then again, a cross faction ship for the Admiralty card might work for me since my KDF toon needs more sci ship cards.

Wow, just wow. A USS Kelvin sci ship would have been nice... but the JJverse Constitution Class AND the Dreadnought Class in T6 configuration in a lockbox. I am just gonna buy the Multi-Mission Temporal Science ship as I need more science ships for my KDF toon.

So the Sphere Builders lockbox is coming then. And this is so similar to the framework of Star Trek: Voyager's episode 'Year of Hell' that I suspect we let Noye incur on himself to fix most of this mess... most. I'd either stick to beams or all cannons: having the BA on the aft do not help CRF at all. How is your turn rate btw on the ship? I use the tac Vesta on my Joined Trill engineer with AP Beam weapons... I use the 2 pcs Adapted MACO set (Shield and Engines) plus the Counter Command Deflector. It is nice...
