Its both. There are two missions you can choose from. One is 500 dilithium for 50 Omega marks and the other mission is 5 BNP for 1,000 dilithium. Consequently, you can also turn in 50 Rommie marks for 500 Dil in the Rom Rep System as well.

Well actually City of Heroes did something like this. They did not have a lifetime option, but originally there reward system was a new badge and reward on three month increments. attilio87, your guide lists Military buffs as 'coming soon', is that just the text for your page, or are these not operational in game yet. My KDF fleet says it has military buff provisions on the provision screen, but when I go to the quatermaster and try to purchase one it says none available.

I think the reason for this is that there was supposed to be a Doff 'ungrinder' where you could downgrade a higher quality rank for more of a lesser quality. Just like you can turn 5 whites into a green, you would also be able to turn a green into 3 whites. However, for some reason this has not ACTUALLY been implemented…

While waiting for Season 6, I did not PLAY the game, all I did was Doffs. Leveling up new toons, farming contraband on my KDFs and transferring some to my feds so that they could all turn in for dilthium. Etc. I can usually get 30 FMs out of an incursion with a respectable team, and a few more if its during the event window. I can not get a straight answer about this either. The best guess I have found is that these missions will be given by the personnel officer on the starbase, but he does not open up till lvl 3, which would be ignorant, because we need him to GET to lvl 3.

Well he write 100ec on the line, but above that he mentioned that white doffs are going for 100K. 5 x 10 = 50 50 x 100,000 = 5,000,000. And i would be doing this on my 5 feds for EC's except Im a one-man fleet so Im doing it just so i dont have to buy as many of those 100k while doffs from the rest of you all. :-)
