I am just wondering why there was no mention of those patch notes that went live on 3rd august on the test server.
We get new additions that were up on the test server on august 7th. But not those that were posted way earlier at august 3rd. Also one of the devs mentioned it would be either last or this week the doff xp>fleetmark assigments would go live.
Are those very positive changes below withhold for a reason or were simply forgotten to be include in the patch notes?
General:
The audio timing for gravity well has been improved.
Unique Doffs should now display the gold rarity border.
Localized guild event times should now be more accurate.
Content:
Starbase Fleet Defense (20 player)
Awards 3 times as many fleet tokens as before in order to bring it in line with the reward structure of other Fleet Mark missions.
No-win scenario:
Fleet mark rewards updated.
Early stages grant slightly more marks.
The reward amount increases rapidly at higher waves, especially after wave 5.
Removed bio-neural warhead platform from wave 4.
Later waves have appropriately fewer launchers.
Systems:
There is now a CXP to Fleet Mark exchange on your Fleet Starbase!
The console is located in Ops for both factions
Rate: 10,000 CXP grants 75 Fleet Marks
100 on Critical Success
These are now available to players that have more than 110,000 CXP in a single category
I was wondering this myself. All the notes from the Aug. 2 tribble patch are there. All the notes for the Aug. 7th patch are there. None of the notes from the Aug. 3rd patch are there. It was either an oversight in the patch notes and we are getting the Cxp to Fm missions tomorrow (and the increase in FM's for no win and 20man defense) or they somehow disabled the stuff in one patch, even though it would be part of the build from aug 7th (having already been there). So I am really, really, really hoping it was an oversight.
I'm hoping it is just an oversight in the release notes, I mean have they ever been that selective with their patches? Usually it is just a copy and paste ;p
I think it got left out because they had a bug with it (wasn't letting you do it until you had 110001 dxp in stead of 110000) so it may of gotten left out to test it further.

The Fleet Basic Uniforms are now available after completing the Starbase Tier 3 Tailor project.
Fleet Reports, the CXP to Fleet Mark conversion, is now accessible at 110,000 CXP instead of 110,001 CXP.
Updated two of the Fleet Duty Officer packs to correct their Quality description from Common to Rare and Very rare.
This is a text change only.
Counselors now display a Medical icon next to their Active Roster power.
Klingon Warfare Specialists specify that their bonus applies to Klingons instead of stating "a particular enemy."
