Yeah I've had the red line of death a few times. But this problem has only happened to me on Risa. The game will just stop and freeze and I will have to close it in the dashboard. I can still play thankfully but it just sucks spending so much money on a game to have it be this buggy.

You do realize that Discovery is set only 10 years before TOS right? There should be Andorians and Tellarites for players to choose.

I still don't understand how this will tie in with the current timeline of STO. Are they gonna do another time displacement thing and send the AoD characters to the future or are they gonna stay in the past?

Well they can get 20 extra shared bank slots. But I don't think anything else unlocks. My character bank slots were the same as was the characters slots as I have 13 open to make new characters not including my 4 made characters. And I think that's max for me. So you only really get the extra shared bank slots.

I'm a lifetime sub and wanted to test this to see what would happen, So I bought it and got 20 extra account bank slots. I don't know if it unlocks anything else.

One of the latest patches seemed to have fixed this issue for me.

Same on my Yorktown. It looks like the textures are missing in sol space. And it looked similar when I did a borg red alert. But it fixed itself after a few seconds in the red alert. Sector space everything is fine.

SO after spending hundreds of dollars over the years on ships and ship packs along with getting a lifetime sub. I now need to pay more money to make my ships close to top tier level again? This is ridiculous. This game has been nothing but a lock box money grab ever since PWE took over. It's bad enough we have to pay more…

I may be blind but I didn't see anything for the PVP winter race. They were supposed to have a fix for it this Thursday. Did that get pushed back?

I have the same Problem. I just got tier 4 done, picked my power and cannot slot the 2500 rep mission any more. It doesn't even show up. Any devs with an explanation out there?

I noticed this as well. I don't know if this was intended or not. Nothing was in the patch notes.

Thanks for all the info everyone. I tried a couple pugs today. ISE and vortex. the first we got the optional and the second we didn't but it was doable. Why have I heard so many horror stories about elite STFs and pugs? Even if you fail the optional you still get a decent amount of marks.

Are elites easy enough for someone without any borg gear? Because the only elites I've done were with friends who had better stuff than I. So they did most damage and tanking. I've always heard pugs are 50/50 when it comes to being able to complete them on elite. Am I wrong? Edit: AHH ok. Well I'll give them a shot. any…

I agree People should be allotted what they have earned by how much time they were there. I have on more than one occasion been in a team of 2 and had the other person take all the purple orbs. It's just plain rude. But this stuff can be fixed with each person getting their own instanced loot. Rift and Guild Wars 2 do it.…

Has anyone else noticed since season 8 (after they fixed the "Untranslated" parts of the exchange) the price per unit option isn't organizing the items by the correct price anymore?

What do you mean you can't afford it? All you have to do is pay real money to get Zen and then convert it to Dilithium. I mean really it's not that hard. (heavy sarcasm)

So why can't I buy a ship bundle pack if my character isn't VA yet? It's not like they can use it earlier.

I just had the same thing happen to me as well. I was in the hromi cluster trying to enter a system when it crashed. Never Had it crash before. Ever since LoR I have had 3 server not respondings and now a full lock up. I have been playing off and on since beta 2010.
